The newly refurbished flat, decorated with taste, is on the first floor (there is a lift) and is ideal for holidays or business stays in Munich. Eat-in kitchen, the bedroom and the balcony overlook the calm, green inner courtyard. The bright bathroom has a bath tub. The nice kitchen is completely equipped and may seat 4 people. In the bedroom/living room you will find a French bed, as well as a work corner and a bookshelf with a T.V, DVD-Player and stereo. The bus and underground stop is just one walking minute away. All strategic places in Munich (Marienplatz, central railway station, university, Oktoberfest, museums) are less than 15 minutes away. Schwabing is the quarter of the artists and the students. In the nearby streets, you will reach all the shops, the underground, bars and restaurants, within a short walking distance.

All the shops for daily needs are within walking distance (for example, a supermarket and the old Munich fruit and vegetable market on the Elisabethplatz), as well as numerous restaurants serving international cooking in direct surroundings. Just typically Schwabing.
