Deposit: 0,- €. A deposit of 250,- € is only necessary if renting BerliniCasa for more than a month. Parking on the street Bossestraße is free of charge.
  • The charge of 50,- € for the final cleaning is used to rent the apartment in a perfect condition to the subsequent guest. However if the apartment is not in a good condition after departure, additional costs may apply.
