This is one of the best 5 double bedroom/3 bathroom homes available to rent on the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf & Country Club Community. Listed as an 'Exquisite Home' with IPG/Florida Homes, with superior furnishings, this is the ideal base for any holiday in the Orlando area. Our self-catering villa is not overlooked and backs directly on to Highlands Reserve golf course for beautiful views up the adjacent fairways. Facing south-west the pool and patio area is perfect to sit and unwind with a glass in one of the 4 sun loungers after a long day at the nearby theme parks. Upstairs there is the extremely spacious master bedroom with a king size bed, TV, walk in wardrobe and en-suite, with his & hers basins, large corner bath, huge shower & separate WC. There is one guest bedroom with double bed, TV, 2 further double bedrooms furnished beautifully with 2 single beds in each, TV's and a family bathroom.

This villa is situated on the outskirts of Disneyland in Davenport within easy reach of all the parks. Only 10mins drive from Animal Kingdom, 15mins Magic Kingdom, Epcot & MGM, 15min drive from Blizard Beach & Typhoon Lagoon. For the more energetic Disney Pleasure Island is also only 15minutes drive where you will find night Clubs and restaurants. Universal Studios is a 25 minute drive straight up the I4. Right next to our villa - literally a 5 minute walk- is Berry Town centre, with a superb Publix supermarket for all your grocery requirements and pharmacy. Also, take away Pizza parlour, Chinese takeaway, liquor store, Suntrust banking facilities, Doctors and various other amenities and shops. Just up the Highway 27 (5min drive)is a fabulous Walmart for cheap shopping, i.e clothes, towels, shoes, audio visual, food and much more. Along the 192 towards Disneyland there are many restaurants, bars and shops. There are also a few mini-golf places for the more competitive.

Additional information about rental rates

  • We only accept bookings in excess of 7 days. 10% discount for bookings of 3 consecutive weeks, 10% discount for Return Bookings Pool Heating, $22 per day.
    Payment can be made by UK or US cheques or you can wire/mail payment directly to the owners' bank account in the UK or Florida. Alternatively, we can accept credit/debit card payments over the phone. Payments made by VISA/ Mastercard/ Amex credit cards are subject to a 3% surcharge to cover the transaction costs - Switch/Maestro are free of charge.
    A (non refundable) deposit of £100 plus a completed booking form is required to secure a booking. Your booking will be held for 7 days until your deposit is received. If the booking is made within 8 weeks of the start of your booking, the full amount is payable immediately.
  • A security deposit of £150/$250 is paid on arrival when you collect the keys. This deposit is fully refundable when you leave pending an inspection from our management company.
  • Please note:- The house may not be available until 3pm on the day of your arrival* due to cleaning, and the property must be vacated by 10am on the date of your departure.
    *If there hasn't been a previous booking the house may be available for your party earlier.

The extended patio and deck area is well furnished with 4 sunloungers, patio table and 4 chairs and a covered shaded area. The pool has a child proof screen and the doors are alarmed so that you can hear if they are opened for extra safety and peace of mind. BBQ available if required. Every bedroom has its own 19inch TV and ceiling fan and every bathroom comes complete with hairdryer. Downstairs there is a beautiful open plan lounge and dining room going through to a large fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, waste disposal, & icemaking facility with breakfast bar, breakfast room and family lounge with full size TV, CD player and multi-region DVD player so you can bring your favourite films. This is an absolutely superb villa, we were two families of 4 (8 in total) we loved our stay at this property it is within easy reach of a local supermarket and restaurants and only a short journey from Disney and all the parks, the accomodation is huge and even with 8 of us there was plenty of space the property is well appointed and beautiful throughout and the pool and jacuzzi are superb, Highlands Reserve is a lovely area and this property has a great location overlooking the golf course the only dissapointing part was going home !

Me and my familie have had the best holiday ever in this location. The living in Highlands Reserv was top class. A house i have dreamed about and everything was included.
Highly recomend this place and also the service IPG had.
I will come back one day.
