Villa Sunset is a very well-kept holiday home furnished in the style of a beach house (cottage style). The house is located peacefully, yet centrally to the southwest of Cape Coral. Shopping facilities and restaurants are not far away, like Ft. Myers and the white beaches of the gulf coast. Villa Sunset is contemporary with a concentration on cosiness. This charming house attracts through its elegance in the selection of colours and invites you to spend evenings in the Florida Room (winter garden). The Florida Room is part of the house, but still gives off the impression as if you where sitting on a terrace. During the summer, you can cool off here, while you can sit and be warm and comfortable during the comfortable Floridian winter. The terrace and the solar-heated pool invites you to enjoy the always-sunny southern location of the house in its full conveniences. Villa Sunset is ideal for connoisseurs who place a lot of value on privacy.

Wir waren vom 15.10.-29.10.2009 in der Villa Sunset und nach der Renovierung die ersten Gäste, die hier Urlaub machen konnten. Somit war eigentlich alles NEU. Die Villa ist perfekt eingerichtet und ideal nach Süden ausgerichtet, die Lage direkt am Cape Coral Pkw. ist perfekt, in direkter Nähe sind Banken, Publix und MCDonalds. Besonders gut hat uns der eingezäunte private Poolbereich gefallen, da wir mit zwei kleinen Kindern dort waren. Die Solarheizung hat uns den Pool auf kindgerechte Temperaturen (27-28 Grad) aufgeheizt, so daß unsere zwei eigentlich nur im Wasser waren (perfekt gewartet vom Poolservice). Die Küche hat alles, was man sich wünscht, der nagelneue XXL-Grill wurde von uns eingeweiht, ebenso die Waschmaschine/Trockner. Es gibt ausreichend Handtücher/Badehandtücher, Bettwäsche und Kissen, die Betten waren neu und sehr bequem, alles in allem ist die Einrichtung wirklich gelungen, auch mit kleinen Kindern. Es war bestimmt nicht unser letzter Urlaub in Cape Coral.
