The holiday apartment on the top floor is a 60 m2 2-room apartment with a private entrance. The apartment was given 3 stars from the German tourism agency, It has a living room/bedroom, a bedroom, a small kitchen and a shower/bath and a 2nd toilet on the ground floor. The living room has: sofa bed (1.80x2m), a bed (0.9x2m), a corner sofa, sat-TV and radio. The bedroom has: double bed (1.8x2.1m), children's bed (0.7x1.4m) and DVBT-TV. Additionally, there is a hair dryer, ironing board, iron, games, city information, a few books and bicycles. In the garden you will find loungers with cushions. The terrace by the water invites you to relax, swim and grill. For the small guests, there is a sandbox and a kiddie pool. On the dock you will find space for your boat (2.8x7m). Included in the rental price are bedsheets and towels for household use, along with the energy costs. We also offer you different drinks and a bread service for a fee.

A cosy holiday apartment in the southeast part of Berlin with direct water access to Langen See. Optimal for people who are looking for nature, but don't want to give up the close proximity of the metropolis of Berlin. The apartment is about 10 km from the old city of Köpenick and can be reached directly with the tram. The centers of the Ku'Damm and Potsdamer Platz are about 25 km away and can be reached within 45 minutes with public or private transportation. There are a lot of excursions nearby along the lakes and through the forest regions with bicycles, you will find bicycles and maps of the region - they can be used free of charge. There are a lot of destinations like the Spree Forest, Tropical Island or the studios of Babelsberg, Adlershof or Potsdam, which can be reached within a short drive. You can also leave your boat by our dock and go on excursions in the area. You can combine your desires for a swimming holiday, sightseeing and culture.
