This luxury vacation rental is in a premium location on the river. The terrace with lanai, oversized pool and whirlpool are southern located and offer a breathtaking view. There are very few houses in Cape Coral on the river + southern direction. The house was entirely new tastefully furnished on two floors in 2009. It meets highest demands. The house offers 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. A big-screen TV and stereo are located in the nice great room. A wide huge kitchen with breakfast bar is next to the dining room. There is a big private concrete dock where you can enjoy the grand, unobstructed view. Additional pictures can be offered on request.
