3 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms, huge pool area with pool and whirlpool

This luxury vacation rental is in a premium location on the river. The terrace with lanai, oversized pool and whirlpool are southern located and offer a breathtaking view. There are very few houses in Cape Coral on the river + southern direction. The house was entirely new tastefully furnished on two floors in 2009. It meets highest demands. The house offers 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. A big-screen TV and stereo are located in the nice great room. A wide huge kitchen with breakfast bar is next to the dining room.

There is a big private concrete dock where you can enjoy the grand, unobstructed view.

Notes

  • Minimum rental time over Easter and Christmas is 2 weeks. Please notice the seasonal surcharge of 20% at that times.

    Rates are nt and 11% tax has to be added. Each additional guest is USD 110 + 11% tax. Down payment is 30% of the net rental, min. USD 850. Security deposit is USD 700.
    Baby bed and booster on request (can be rented from the property manager for USD 25 for the entire rental time.
    We are kid-friendly. Up to 2 kids up to the ages of 12 stay for free.
