Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

• The mentioned prices are weekly prices. The prices are for 2 people (adults), children up to 12 years are free.
  Each additional person pays 15$ per day.There are only the cost for tax, final cleaning and the cost of electricity, according to consumption, added.
  Other prices and last minute deals on request.
  At a rental of more than 4 weeks fixed monthly rates can be agreed. - Please ask us for a special offer.
  The rent includes the costs for water, waste collection fees, costs for the pool service and gardening, property management, telephone, internet access WLAN (with your own computer), cable television and GPS.
  The 11% tax is not included.
  An extension is possible on a daily basis. The daily fee equivalent to 1/7 of the weekly price. The minimum rental period is 1 week. During the Christmas and Easter holidays 2 weeks.
• TENANCY ARRANGEMENTS
  
  Allocation: Max. 6 persons
  
  Payment: 30 % Down-payment after contract signature, 70% 4 weeks before the rental period begins
  
  Security Deposit: 500 $ 4 weeks before the rental period begins
  
  Power consumption: 0,15 ct / kWh, the meter is read on arrival and departure by the property manager
  
  Internet access: High-Speed Internet, WLAN, with your own PC, is included in the rent
  
  Phone: Local calls and calls to Germany are free
  
  Final cleaning: 150 $ are payable on departure to the property manager
