The 6 floor high building has an elevator and is very easy to reach with an automobile and/or public transportation. The apartment offers a very quiet and cozy ambiance. An exclusive PC bar with a desktop computer and WLAN with unlimited usage and unlimited data transfer also belong to the apartment.

Hiking and recreation: Hiking: the alps can be reached in 1 hour with a car. All royal palaces can be reached in a few hours drive. The next lsmall lake is called Feringasee and is only 10 minute drive away. The famous and attractive Starnbergersee is located near to Munich and is only a 40 minute drive away.

Ski: Ski regions like Zugspitze in Garmisch-Partenkirchen or Grubigstein in Lermoos are ideal for skiers and snowboarders and can be reached in about one hour drive.

Golf: Golf enthusiasts will be pleased with the selection of attractive golf facilities in and around Munich.
