Partial carport. Large communal pool with dressing room and toilet. BBQ house with bar and table for celebrating. Bedsheets and towels, bath towels, kitchen towels. Partially daily cleaning. The guests can use a driving range and a putting green. On the lake shower you will find shaded places to relax and rest and to celebrate. Right next to the complex you will find a German restaurant with German and international food for very low prices.

This house is located cloase to the pool. It has 2 bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet. All rooms have air conditioning w/c and the bedrooms and terraces have fans. TV, DVD, internet. The house has a large living room with a bar cabinet and fireplace. The kitchen has modern equipment with an American freezer-fridge, ceramic range, microwave, grill, dishwasher, etc. A separate room for a washing machine and dryer and iron is available, guest WC, 1 terrace and carport. All rooms are equipped according to the European standard.

The urbanisation is located on a newly built asphalt street between the artist's city of Aregua and the city of Ypacarai. The property is enclosed and guarded. To the capitol of Asuncion and the international airport it is about 35 km or a half hour by car. There is a private beach at the Ypacarai Lake. From the beach you will have a wonderful view of San Bernhard and the mountain chain of the Las Cordillieras. To the closest large supermarket it is 10 minutes, smaller ones can be found in Ypacarai - about 3 km. Here you will also find a hospital.

Additional information about rental rates

  • 260 / 155 / 210 per week starting with the 5th week to 13th week.
    Starting with 3 months and for all who purchased a property, another 10% discount.
    The property purchaser will receive the price starting with the payment of the property price reimbursed backwards for up to 4 months.
    If the construction leader would like to be there for the construction, the beginning of construction will be charged for the same price until completion.
    The reservation is to be paid for a deposit of 30%. We will hold the reservation open for 3 weeks, should the deposit not be received, the reservation will be cancelled.
  • All costs are included in the rental price - this means daily cleaning, electricity, water, internet, guarding, garden care, etc.
