• Major general info
  - 1st Bed linen is always included in the price.
  - Towels, bath towels, dish towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, etc. are not included. You have to bring them by yourself (Note before the arrival: Sundays and public holiday!)
  Towels and bath towels you have to book as optionals.
  - Please remember that you have to respect the maximum of persons who can use the apartments.

  - The owners of the apartments have great faith in the tenants. Remember that also the other guests would like to enjoy a tidy apartment. For this reason, we demand a final cleaning fee for each accommodation. In this fee the final cleaning and the “after inspection” of the unit by professionals is included.
  The unit still has to be 'swept' to leave, used crockery and kitchen utensils have to be clean. If this is not the case, you have to pay additional costs for the cleaning. These will be deducted from the deposit.
