Large living room wit TV (FIOS), stereo, ultra fast internet, wireless lan all over the property! Bright, large florida room with beautiful view over the Introcoastal, You can not live closer to the water! Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, dish washer, mikrowave, blender,large fridge with freezer and ice maker. Washing machine, dryer. 4 bicycles Beautiful garden with private dock, jacuzzi, big stainless steal gas grill for barbecue next to the water, sunchairs and hammocks. Laser Sailboat for 1-2 people (ask for availability) Fishing poles, 2 surfboards for paddeling, boggieboards, water toys.

Directly at the Golf of Mexico! You can not get closer to the water! Nice old house. With private, flowerful garden, private dock, from where you can watch dolfins and manatees swimming by or just relax and fish. In the morning you can watch the sunrise from the bed, living room, florida room or directly on the dock. Watch the sunset in the white warm sand at the beach which is 7 minutes walking distance and not very crowded. There you can swim in warm water, walk or go jogging for miles. The public tennis courts with lights, skateboard park, basketball, libary are 5 a minutes walk away. Many nice restaurants and pubs in walking distance. Lots of golf courses near by. Clearwater Beach and Caladesi National Park 10-20 minutes by car Tampa International Airport 35 minutes drive Orlando with all the amusement parks 90 minutes drive Bush Gardens 50 minutes drive manny big shopping malls and outlet malls
