Being set in almost two acres of orange groves, visitors in the spring can enjoy the wonderful scent of orange blossom, whilst those in the winter will benefit from the most freshly squeezed juice possible!
Although this is a large property, the design of the house and the layout of the accommodation makes it extremely versatile. A single family or smaller group of friends will be equally as comfortable as 2/3 families and larger groups.
The privacy you will experience here together with the ideal location for motorways, seafront playas, beaches etc. will give you a holiday to remember. Couple this with the fabulous facilities in the house and it will be a trip you are bound to want to repeat. This property is ideal for Birthdays, Anniversaries and celebrations of any kind! Full assistance will be given to ensure your trip is a great success. We have had 21st, 40th, 60th, 80th birthday's, silver and other wedding anniversaries, yoga weeks and staff motivation weeks. The wide range of facilities make the Villa the ideal location for virtually any kind of event/celebration.

If you are looking on 'google earth', please bear in mind that the property was still under construction the last time they updated this particular area. For instance, the land had been cleared for the tennis court but it wasn't built, the outbuildings and the drive etc. were not finished either.

TENNIS GROUPS need not leave the villa at all!! A full size private playdeck tennis court is sited next to the lawn and the pool area, giving you the opportunity to 'cool off' after a hard-fought set!
For GOLFER'S, the two fabulous local courses (Val Del Este & Desert Springs) are only a few minutes drive from the villa and we can arrange for discounted green-fees and tee-times for you!!!!
There are plenty of other courses within driving distance for you to enjoy.
Other Activities:
Skiing on the fabulous Sierra Nevadas Slopes is only a two hour drive from the villa.
