Located in a very pleasant and friendly residential area of mostly English Expats, just 300 metres from the sea, only a 5 minute drive from Ayia Napa, 4 minute drive to Water world, the largest water park in Cyprus, and only 40 minutes from Larnaca. Within a short walk there is the beautiful sandy beach of Ayia Thekla, sheltered from the waves by a tiny off shore island, with full beach facilities, such as sun beds, umbrellas, etc., close by there is a beach side restaurant and mini supermarket. There are also two more beach side restaurants a short walk away at Potamus. This air-conditioned villa has been tastefully furnished to a very high standard throughout. It has its own swimming pool, which can be lit up at night, and there is a large terrace with parasol, table and chairs for 6, a wine table and additional parasol to complement the sun beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen, large dining table to seat 6 and a very comfortable lounge with 2 leather sofas, TV with satellite.

Just 5 minutes drive to Ayia Napa and the famous Nissi Beach with beautiful shops and restaurants, 10 minutes away there is the lively town of Paralimni, ideal for shopping, access to banks etc. Just 15 minutes drive away there is the beautiful town of Protaras, a very popular wedding venue, with its cosmopolitan atmosphere, shops, restaurants and the beautiful Fig Tree Bay, with all water sports facilities. Within the same area is the stunning Konnos Bay, also noted for its beautiful sandy beach and water sports facilities, and the very popular beauty spot of Cape Greko. The exquisite clear, turquoise Mediterranean Sea, with its shallow, safe bathing beaches, and striking rocky coastline is an ideal holiday location for all age groups.

This was our first visit to Cyprus as a family. The villa was beautiful, well equipped and very clean. The private pool was clean and well maintained by Malcolm. Malcolm was most helpful throughout our stay. There were plenty of activities, attractions and resturants to visit during our stay, a particular favourite being The Garden of Eden. Beautiful food and welcoming staff. Also the water park was a great day out for all the family. We would recommend car hire as most places were just too far to walk. This being our only negative.

This was my 4th time going to Cyprus but 1st time staying in a Villa and it was really lovely. The villa had 2 good size bedrooms and really big wardrobes. The bathroom was very nice also. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you needed. It was just like home from home. The pool was lovely and also a good size. Whilst lying by the pool we heard this musical tune playing. We never thought it would be an Ice cream van. They came everyday about 1pm.

I would recommend hiring a car for this villa as getting around can be difficult if you don’t like long walks. We had a telephone number for a taxi service which we called if we needed to go into Ayia Napa. They also picked us up from the villa and dropped us back which was really good. It cost us about 12 Euros to go to Ayia Napa in the day and 14 Euros at night.

There is a little supermarket which is 5 minutes walk from the villa but does close very early. A bigger supermarket is just up the road and is a few minutes by car and about 15 minutes walk up the road.

Waterworld was amazing and would go every time. Its one of the largest parks in Europe and great fun.

Whilst in Ayia Napa, we came across a lovely Caribbean restaurant called Caribbean Cuisine. The food was absolutely fantastic. The price was slightly high though.

Lovely villa, helpful owners

The villa is immaculately presented, the pool is well maintained. It is well equipped and the local managers are pleasant and helpful.

Two lovely double bedrooms and a fair sized bathroom.Very convenient for getting out and about and a car is really a must if you want to make the best of your time.

Only minus is proximity to motorway which can be intrusive at commuting times but which wouldn't bother you in high season if you had the aircon going!

We cerainly enjoyed our stay.Very relaxing.

1st time staying at a villa with 2 kids. FANTASTIC. It was secure so kids couldn't get out and you have that peace of mind that you know they are safe. Villa was beautiful inside and out.

Pool was brilliant especially when it got very hot. Villa was very clean and Malcolm was on hand if we needed any assistance. I would recommend a car as Ayia Napa too far to walk into.

The villa had everything you need it was like home from home, would recommend the villa without a doubt and hope to return again next year.

Great food in ayia napa to name a few Sappora Japenese first class and El Chichuha mexican to name but a few. Great day out at Waterworld water park and Nissi beach unbelievable.
