This calm, spacious ground floor, apartment is nestled in the hills above Monaco, away from the city noises. The apartment is facing south west with a super large private terrace that overlooks the sea and the famous Monte Carlo casino. The apartment has one double bedroom, with a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, and sliding doors opening onto the terrace. The bathroom has a bath/shower, toilet, hand basin and mirror. The kitchen is separate, fully equipped, and has a door to the terrace. The living room has a sofa, lounge chair, dining area, TV, WiFi, SAT/cable, DVD, CD/Radio player, phone with unlimited local calls, and large sliding glass doors opening onto the terrace and view. The terrace is equipped with a teak table, four chairs, two sun loungers, parasol and a large awning to provide shade. The building has, two roof top infinity pools with sun loungers, parasols, and his & hers changing rooms/toilets for your convenience. There is a private parking space.

Beausoleil, is the ideal holiday location for those looking for the sun, sea and cultural events, 25*c to 35*c from June until October. A residential town with a lively food market, a variety of shops, restaurants, and cafes that are a pleasure for the young and old. Located 30 mins from Nice Airport, and 15 mins. from the Italian boarder. Choose from the glamorous life of Monte-Carlo (3min drive) with its fashionable shops, bars, restaurants, open air Cinema, live cabaret shows, firework displays and world famous Casino, or in contrast, the quaint village of La Turbie, (5 min drive) which celebrates Medieval, Classical and Baroque architecture. This is in a prime location for, visiting the Cannes Film Festival, Nice Carnival and Jazz festival, Monaco Grand Prix, the famous San Remo market, or as a base for your sailing holiday. Day trips to Italy, Antibes, Cap d'Ail, St Jean Cap Ferrat, Mougins, St Paul de Vence, Frejus, and St-Tropez are very easy, by car or by train from Monaco.

  • Possibility to negotiate the rates for long weekends. 50% of the total amount should be paid on booking (non refundable) and the balance 4 weeks before arrival date. In the case of short notice bookings the full amount is payable on booking plus the € 450 refundable damages deposit. A 450€ refundable damage deposit is to be paid at check in. The damages deposit will be returned at check out assuming no damage has occurred to the property or contents. Check in is after 3pm and check out is at 10am.

    The normal check in is at 3pm with a one hour grace period. The late fee is 25€ per hour after the first hour. Alternative check in times can be arranged with the property manager. Check ins after 7pm are 50€ and after 10pm 100€.

    Normal Check out is at 10am. Alternative check out times can be arranged with the property manager, if possible. Early Check-out fee before 9am 50€ and before 7am 100€. Late check out fee is 50€ per hour after the first hour.
