The apartments are in the centre of the romantic old town of Rovinj and are for those wanting the freedom to self-cater or eat out. Rovinj has many good restaurants and cafes, and if you want to self-cater, food stores and an open fruit and vegetable market are all just round the corner. The apartments are very near the sea, which you can see from the windows. The apartments have been recently renovated to a high standard and include a very well equipped, modern kitchen and bathroom, with a cooker and microwave, washing machine, satellite television and air conditioning. The apartments are managed locally and guests are met on arrival and personally shown into their apartment. Rovinj has been described as the 'pearl of Croatia'. Rovinj is located on the western coast of Istria, the biggest Adriatic peninsula. It is a 3 hour boat ride from Venice and less than two hours from Trieste, 270 km away from Zagreb, a little bit more than 500 km away from Vienna and around 700 km away from Munich. Rovinj is a splendid medieval town surrounded by beautiful countryside in a region that has been described as the new Tuscany. Rovinj has a Mediterranean climate, the average temperature in July is 22.3 C and at times reaches 35 C. Formerly part of the Venetian Empire (the region supplied Venice with timber for its fleet), the town has a rich history and fascinating buildings rising from the narrow cobbled streets. The area offers, as well as beaches and water activities, plenty of opportunity for outdoor activities such as cycling, tennis and climbing.

  • For 5 people, add 269 Kuna per week or part of a week; for 6 people, add £538 per week or part of a week; Tourist tax of about 7 Kuna per night per person; Returnable deposit of 1100 Kuna / 150 euros;
    Use of travel cot 90 Kuna
  • Reservations: A deposit of 30% is required to secure a reservation. Until we receive your deposit, your reservation is not guaranteed. The balance of your reservation is due one month prior to your arrival date. Failure to pay this will result in a loss of deposit and reservation. If a booking is made within 1 month of your proposed arrival, then the total cost of the holiday is payable at the time of booking. Refund Policy: Deposits are non-refundable - we will refund 50% of your deposit if we are able to rebook the apartment . In the event of cancellation after payment in full, we will refund 75% of your payment if we are able to rebook the apartment. Croatian Tourist Tax: The City of Rovinj charges a tourist tax per person for each night that you stay in Rovinj (max of 1 euro each night, per person). This tourist tax will be charged at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation this will be refunded in full - no matter how late you cancel.
  • Damages: A deposit of E150 will be payable in cash, on arrival. This will be refunded when you leave the apartment, provided there are no damages. Minimum Booking Periods: In high and peak periods, the minimum booking period is 1 week; at all other times the minimum booking period is 2 nights. Payment: Payment can be made by bank transfer . Payment of either the deposit or the full amount, will constitute a binding contract between you (the payer) and us (Sororis d.o.o) and implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions. Arrival & Departure time: Please plan to arrive after 2:00 pm. The property must be vacated by 10:00 am on your departure date. Pet Policy: Strictly No Pets are allowed. Smoking Policy: Apartments are “No Smoking” apartments.

It has been tiled and equipped to high standard; The cloakroom is next door to the bathroom and has a toilet and wash basin. 'At apartment Felix, Rovinj is on your doorstep. You step out of the door into the bustling seven day a week open air market with its stalls piled high with fruit and veg and the enclosed regular fish market closeby. In close proximity are fine restaurants and wine bars, some secluded in the shady cobble streets that stretch maze like across the town. Despite this, apartment Felix is away from it all, modern and comfortable but retaining the charm of the old architecture. Rovinj is a magical place and Felix a great place from which to enjoy it.' Peter and Lin Walker 'Back to reality after a fantastic week in Rovinj. We explored the town from end to end and photographed it from every angle. We also ventured further afield and greatly enjoyed Vdsar - we spent Valentine's Day there, and watched the sun go down before having a meal at Tratoria Dream in Rovinj. Fabulous Flora!

Excellent week at the Flora appartment. Really helpful local agent. Rovinj is a really outstanding place for a holiday. The town is beautiful, the coastline glorious - great for swimming or just lounging. Great value restaurants and cafes and away from the town, lovely islands to visit. Although we visited in the height of summer it never appeared crowded. The appartment is spacious, well appointed and, above all, superbly located. Right in the middle of town - butcher, fishmarket, supermarket, baker, fruit and veg market all within 50 metres - but not noisey. And excellent wine within 15 minutes walk (take a plastic bottle!).
A brilliant holiday. I could go on and on....but JUST GO!!

Apartment Flora is Fabulous!

Altogether a great travel experience. The Sororis rental agents were very helpful in getting the booking set up, the on site rental manager Sanja was a pleasure to deal with and the owner maintains the apartment to a high standard.
Modern apartment in a heritage character building. Very quiet, comfortable and immaculately clean. Perfect location, great view from the large balcony with bakery, meat market and the local public food market right outside the front door. Rovinj (Known by the Italian name Rovigno on the ferry schedules) is absolutely awesome to visit. A working fisherman's town with many unique reasonably priced restaurants all in a historic walled town setting. Lots of biking/ hiking trails and good beaches. A week was not enough, we will be back to Rovinj and Flora.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

Great apartment in great location...

We stayed in Apt Flora this time. It's a big apartment with well equipped kitchen (you can find everything you want...) And its location is perfect too. The lady from local agent is also quite friendly and helpful... We would stay here again if we come here in the future : )
