The apartment is for max. 4 people and is located on the ground floor of the double-block house No. 25 on the Duxeralm Hochkrimml.

Quiet location on the edge of the forest, in the ski area (about 300m to the lift), cross-country trail just below the land, approximately 45 square meters.

A separate bedroom for 2 people, Doppelausziehliege in the living room.

The apartment is located in Krimml / Hochkrimml.

Other activities: Cross-country skiing

Skiing: Skiing in the Zillertal Arena (5 min walk to the elevator).

The Zillertal Arena is with 160 kilometers of slopes and 55 of the most modern cable cars and lifts the largest ski area in the Zillertal.
