Independent single house with tower and about 782 m2 area. Approx. 2500 m to the beach. Approx. 162 m2 living space: living room with fireplace. Separate dining room. Kitchen. 4 double bedrooms (one of them in the tower, 2 extra beds possible). 2 bathrooms (1 x bath tub / toilet, 1 x shower / toilet). Furnishings and special features: Satellite TV. Dishwasher and washing machine. Covered patio with outdoor fireplace (barbecue with grill). Sunny patio. Panoramic sea view over the bay of Pals and Medes Islands. Two car parking spaces on the property. Large swimming pool 10 x 4 metres with an outdoor shower.

It is approximately 2500 m to the beach. 6 km of fine sandy beach at the border of a nature reserve. All sports and water sports facilities are available. Sports and yacht harbour Estartit (marina with boat rental). A colourful underwater habitat is there for divers on the offshore islands of Medes Islands. 2 golf courses with 18 holes are available (Playa de Pals golf club, Serres de Pals golf club). Several sports facilities are there including tennis, squash, mini golf, etc. Riding school. There is a sports airfield for ultra light aircrafts. Freshwater fishing. All shops, supermarkets, doctors, pharmacies, cafes and good restaurants are there in the surrounding very nearby. City and commercial centre of Pals in approximately 3 km distance (with restaurants, bars, boutiques, banks, bicycle and car rental, etc., interesting old town with winding streets and historic buildings).

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • All prices plus a one-time usage and administrative fee of € 15. This is inclusive of all costs like electricity, water and gas in average consumption as it usually takes for a normal household. Consumption costs beyond the normal average will be charged separately at the end of the stay. Pets (€ 2.50/ day), toddler beds (€ 2.50 / day) and high chairs (€ 1.80 / day) are also calculated separately. The rent amount quoted is inclusive of bedding (including weekly change), final cleaning and weekly pool cleaning. A fully refundable security deposit of € 250 is to be paid in cash on site while collecting the keys.
  • Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday, minimum rental period 1 week, July / August 2 weeks (on request at no extra cost and flexible check-in and check-out timings, short-term stay against reasonable compensation for loss).
  • Please inquire about last minute discounts (within the next 5 weeks, if still available) while making last minute bookings!
