In the two ground floor holiday apartments with separate entrances, large 80m² garden and the covered terrace you can spend relaxed holidays; there is also a variety of recreational activities like cycling, Nordic walking, horse-riding, swimming. In a 30 minute drive you can get to the larger cities like Münster, Oberhausen, Enschede - for shopping or for cultural experiences. Thus it is ideal for holiday guests, cycling guests, business travellers and assemblers. Let us surprise you!

Direct next to holiday apartment I, also with separate entrance, you will find the new, 30 m² ground floor holiday apartment II for 2 to 3 people. In the living-dining area you will find a modern leather sofa with space for two children or one adult. The kitchenette consists of a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave and fridge with freezer. In the open living room you will find a flat-screen TV and a CD player with radio.The view will attract you outside, because there is a spacious garden terrace with garden furniture awaiting you. We equipped the rooms with a lot of attention paid to detail and we offer you the same comfort as in our holiday apartment I.

Use the holiday apartment as a starting point for day excursions or start directly from here by bicycle on the Baumberger sand stone route on the castle route or the R1. We have map material. To the city centre of Rosendahl-Osterwick it is 1.5 km, with cosy inns, supermarkets, bicycle factory, bus stops (on the weekend you can use the night bus as well). The nearby city Coesfeld is 7 km away with an indoor and outdoor pool for the entire family, concert theater, cinema, discos. Open air stage and a lot more. Or you can enjoy the beautiful side of life on the covered terrace in the 800m² garden. You can also grill here and/or unwind.
