This spectacular single story townhome is the perfect Palm Springs Vacation rental. It is located just 1 1/2 miles from the beautiful downtown area of Palm Springs and 2 miles from the Spa Casino. We Personally enjoy this home part of the year and therefore take great pride in its appearance. In order to keep this townhome much nicer than the typical rental, we will ONLY rent to guests who will treat this home as their own.

The property is conveniently located in the Sunrise Alejo complex right off of Sunrise Way and Tamarisk. Several golf courses are within 5-10 minutes. No time for golf? Play a few sets of Tennis at our on-site regulation Tennis Courts or take a swim at any of the 3 pools within the community. The tennis courts are kept in perfect playing condition and the park like grounds are like no other. Come and enjoy the vibrant nightlife of nearby downtown Palm Spring with its many shops, restaurants and cultural events.

The townhome sits on a cul-de-sac with its own private 1 car garage. This 1100 square foot townhome has been completely renovated to include new carpet, tile, and furniture with a tropical theme. 2 large patios (one in front of unit and one in rear of unit)with gas barbecue included. Our smoke-free, pet-free townhome has a fully-equipped kitchen, formal dining room, very large livingroom.

Both bathrooms have also been completely renovated and the master bathroom includes a jacuzzi tub for your enjoyment. This townhome has 4 skylights installed to make the unit light and bright. This spectacular unit is totally turn-key! A perfect townhome to enjoy what Palm Springs has to offer!

The Perfect Condo For Us

Our two month stay in this condo was absolutely wonderful. The condo is tastefully decorated with a Cuban touch which makes it exotic while feeling comfortably "at home". The owners description is accurate regarding location, amenities, attractions nearby and further afield. The grounds are beautifully kept and are spacious with the bonus of mature trees, three pools just a short stroll away and generally a serene oasis in Palm Springs! There are so many attractions and activities in P.S. and the Coachella Valley area, one would find it difficult not to find something to interest them. The owners were very prompt in answering our queries when the few occasions arose. In short, we were so pleased with our stay that we're returning in 2014! Thanks so much guys!!

It was our lucky day when we found this condo. It is
everything we hoped for and more.

The quality of the furnishings is excellent,the
decorating tasteful, and the rooms large. The sky
lights illuminate the condo during the day and into
the early evening hours. This soft lighting is one of
the features we especially like.

The complex is friendly and welcoming. Our hosts
are great. We look forward to returning each year.

We've had the privilege of staying here for the past three years and have enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo has been tastefully decorated and the grounds & pools are beautiful. This is a very quiet & friendly complex. We look forward to coming back each year!

MY WIFE AND I HAD A WONDERFULLY COMFORTABLE WEEK IN YOUR HOME...THE UNIT IS BEAUTIFULLY FURNISHED AND THE DECOR VERY TASTEFUL. WE FELT LIKE WE WERE STAYING IN A DISPLAY HOME, YOU HAVE DONE A WONDERFUL JOB! THE WEBSITE PICTURES DO NOT DO IT JUSTICE! THE LOCATION IS VERY CONVENIENT TO SHOPPING AND RECREATION, BUT QUIET AND SERENE. THE POOL AND JACUZZI WERE WELL USED DURING OUR STAY, THE GROUNDS ARE VERY WELL MAINTAINED...NICE ATMOSPHERE! WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO ANOTHER VISIT IF YOU WILL HAVE US!
