Please contact us for reduced prices.** Changeover strictly Friday to Friday.This modern detached villa is located in a quiet residential area of Cala ‘n Porter, one of Menorca’s most popular beach resorts for families and the young at heart. The resort centre with its many fine restaurants, shops and a large supermarket is just a few minutes walk away. The safe sandy beach in Cala En Porter is jsut over half a mile away. The accommodation, which is on one level, consists of a master double room with en-suite bathroom, 2 twin rooms and a separate shower room. The spacious living dining room with double patio doors to the terrace has a fully fitted kitchen off. The villa has exposed beams throughout, in keeping with traditional Menorcian construction and benefits from partial air conditioning. The villa is comfortably furnished and is equipped with modern appliances.

The well-known and popular resort of Cala 'n Porter is on the south coast and offers turquoise blue waters that glisten in a narrow cove backed by a wide sandy beach. On one side, the untouched limestone cliffs are the home to seabirds. On the other side of the cove there are a number of homes perched precariously on the cliff-face. A unique bar and nightclub, Covas den Xoroi, named after Xoroi, a legendary Berber pirate who abducted a local girl and kept her in his cave, is set in a cave high up in the cliffs. The resort has a wealth of bars and restaurants including some on the beach. A weekly market is held in the square to compliment the choice from the varied shops within the resort. A little road train runs around the resort through the day, and down to the beach. Besides the Covas den Xoroi nightclub, family entertainment can be found most evenings in local hotel, which are open to all. A villa holiday to Cala 'n Porter is ideal for families with children or couples.
