Stylish modern two-room-apartment in the center of Berlin, easily accessible by lift. The apartment is in July 2009 completely repaired, very clean and kempt. Great technical equipment: Plasma TV 127', Hi-Fi stereosystem with DVD, dishwasher, washing machine, jacuzzi bath, floor-heating-system in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Gentle interior (parquet and natural stone decoration in the sitting room, granite on the balcony) and beautiful lighting system give you a special relaxing atmosphere. Slippers and bathrobes let you feel here like at home.

Two stops to Kurfürstendamm, in 3 stops (3-4 min) you are already by Zoologischer Garten! There are many transport lines in different directions there. It takes 20 minutes to Alexander Platz or Unter den Linden, 15 minutes to the Reichstag or Potsdamer PLatz, 3 minutes to Wittenberg Platz. From Güntzelstraße there are only 2 stops up to the ring. There are different stores in the closeness: Plus - 200 m, bio-market - approx. 300 m, small shopping centre in 5 min, patrol station in 300 m., bakeries just round the corner. Fitness, swimming pool and sauna in 1 min., thermo-aqua-massage in 3 min.,etc. Park possibilities are close to the door. You will also find subway plans as well as Berlin's city map in the flat.
