Precious newly built finca estate with pool, 200 m² floor space, 2006 finished and newly furnished, 3 double bedrooms (2 with double beds, 1 with 2 single beds) 2 bathrooms with tub and shower, hall, living dining-room with open fireplace and Sat -TV, spacious kitchen with 4-flame gas hearth, oven, cooler-fridge, microwave, coffee machine, dish washer and dining place, garage/laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing table, large terrace partly covered, pool 8x5 m with terrace, shower and BBQ, garden furniture and sun beds, heating, plot 14.000 m² completely fenced in with electric gate, planted garden, access asphalted, not observable from the outside. At 3 km distance from Canyamel and the beach, 3 km from Arta, 4 km from Capdepera and 6 km from Cala Ratjada. Within 10 min. reach by car of 4 golf courses, several yachting harbours and tennis courts, 8 natural beaches with blue flag.

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern auf dieser wunderschönen Finca. Vor allen Dingen der schöne große Pool und der BBQ-Platz hatten uns es sehr angetan.das Haus und das Grundstück waren sehr sauber. Die Strände der Cala Agulla in Cala Ratjada und in Canyamel waren sehr schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Auf jeden Fall empfehlen wir ein Auto.
Obwohl wir am freuen Morgen angekommen sind konnten wir bereits in die Finca und die freundliche Mitarbeiterin der Vermieterin hat uns alles gut erklärt und uns viele Insidertipps gegeben.
Dienstags waren wir auf dem Markt in Arta und Samstags auf dem Markt in Cala Ratjada.
Die Uferpromenade in Cala Ratjada lud uns zu ausgedehnten Spaziergängen ein.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder
