Spacious holiday villa in a central location in Cape Coral, a few minutes to the shopping centre, restaurants, beach and marina. The villa has four bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with a shower and whirlpool bathtub. A spacious living room with a bordering open kitchen with a beautiful dining table and pool table, the entire house has two zone air conditioning (can be controlled separately in the master area). Large pool area with electrically heated pool and whirlpool. In the outer area you will also find a pool bar and a pool bathroom. Directly by the house is a boat lift as well, where you can rent the villa with a sport boat if you would like. Maximum booking of 8 people.
