Luxury top floor apartment, with sea, pool and garden views on waterfront. Satellite TV, video, radio/cd player. Washing machine. Kitchen with microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, 4 hotplates. Portable fans hot and cold. One of the best apartment complexes in Tenerife set in a very up market area. There is sun all day on the balcony. Sun blind on one of the two balconies. Beach Towels are not provided.

We have been visiting Tenerife for many years staying in the Playa / Los Christianos area. When we found this gem of an apartment it ticked all the boxes that we want in a perfect holiday.
The position of the apartment with sun on the balconies all day and fantastic views to the sea. The location of Parque Santiago III and the facilities on offer.
There are numerous cafes, bars and restaurants all within a relaxing stroll. Our favourites being Harry's Bar overlooking the fountain & El Faro's restaurant. The timeshare touts are also kept well away from the Americas Plaza area which is an added bonus.
Having stayed every year at the apartment since 2005 we are hooked and always look forward to returning as I sure you will too.

LOVELY EXPERIENCE

My husband and i stayed at this apartment and had a lovely time, we found it to be well maintained and had everything you could possibly need on a self catering holiday. We especially liked the breeze you get at night no need for fans in this apartment, We have booked again for next year. Parque Santiago 3 is a super complex in a great location.There are some great restaraunts close by, the chinese at the front of the complex is superb, also the peking garden 3 on the strip is the best value for money chinese i've ever been in, other eating houses we frequent are michael angelo's, mama rosa, the bohemian
gardens. If you fancy a strole to Los Cristianos the La Fortuna is first class.Our faviorite bars are the soul suite,
the hole in the wall, on the strip, shenanigans, jags bar, the sax bar all on the patch,also love harry's bar on americas plaza. Forgot to say you get a mean scottish breakfast in jags and a very friendly family to serve it, say hi to susie if you go.
