The new built villa is located in Kampani 1 km away from the beach, generous living up to 8 persons on 220 sq m., 50 sq m. pool with counter current system, big barbecue terrace with solar panels and direct view over the ocean. On the ground floor there is the living quarters with dining room, which is justified to the ocean, with a big glass façade and external terrace, from which you can contemplate the admirable sunset. Also there is an entire kitchen as well as a bathroom with toilette. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms one with ensuite full bath, 2 of them with balconies and a shower bath. The house is laid out with natural stones - comfortable vacation in directly close-by the ocean.

The new built villa is located in Kampani 1 km away from the beach, generous living up to 8 persons on 220 m². In 1 km you can reach the beach from Kalathas, a sandy beach even sloping with an upstream island, to which you can swim across. 2 taverns provide sustenance. To the little town of Stavros it is just 10 driving minutes - there is a wonderful, circular bathing bay with sandy beach, almost entirely secluded from the ocean by a peninsula, perfect for children, several taverns, and the famous mountain, on which grand parts of the movie 'Alexis Zorbas' were filmed. Other interesting destinations are the abbey Agia Triada, which is still nowadays occupied by friendly monkhood. Amongst the lonliness of mountain there are ruins of the ancient abbey Katholiko and above the newer abbey Gouveneto.

Notes: The furnishings of this house are high quality and well suited for a laid-back vacation. Also the people who don´t want to pass on their bike in no way, we do have the perfect environment for bicycle tours and to be sure bikes will be at your disposal. Other possibilities of comfort are the big barbecue terrace, like the swimming-pool for young and old with counter current system. Also the inside of the house is as furnished as you can feel comfortable all around. The kitchen spaciously and has a big fridge and stove with ceramic stove top and of course a dishwasher. Each bedroom has its own special character, partly with double bed (2 rooms), partly with single bed (3 rooms). In the house there are 4 bathrooms. For the entertainment we got a TV and a hi-fi system, which can be connected to the barbecue terrace if required. Furthermore there will be ready a ping-pong table on the garage.

Sport and activity: As Kreta is a quite hilly island, there is of course a lot of space to mountain bike or also to hike. Bicycles will be at your disposal at our house. Also the Samaria gap, which you can reach by bus or also by bike, is a sporty place of interest. It is about 15 km from getting off the bus back to the ferry. You hike down, of course you can take a room for a night, and the next day you hike up again. It´s an exhausting experience, which is tough to overcome. And it is a great feeling when it is done afterwards.

Beach and Pool: The next sandy beach is just 1 kilometre far from the house. It is proper for small kids up to adults. All around there a two small taverns, and if you did not find a place in the shadow, you got still the possibility to rent two sunbeds and a sunshade. The house possesses also a private pool which also just can be used from the visitors of the house. The caretaker is looking for that the pool will be clean every time and that the flowers and the grass will be irrigated.
