need to know about San Luis de Sabinillas:: San Luis de Sabinillas is the village next door. This is a typical Andalusian village situated right on the coast with charming Spanish character and large paseo maritimo with several shops, bars and restaurants. The village offers further numerous shops, large supermarkets, banks, bakery, pharmacy, post etc. Sabinillas is much more Spanish, than the near marina port of Marina de la Duquesa with its numerous bars and restaurants. Here you will find also internet cafes, business centres, mini market, fitness club, dry cleaning etc. Sundays (when the weather is good) in Sabinillas is one of the largest markets - must be seen!

need to know about Estepona: Estepona is a small charming city on the Costa del Sol. Situated between Marbella and Gibraltar, not far away from the marina town of Puerto Banus. Estepona has saved successful its character of a typical Andalusian village in spite of a growing tourism. In the centre you will find the Plaza Las Flores, one charming constructed meeting point. In his neighbourhood you will find several bars, coffees, tapas bars and shops along the pedestrian area or the old city centre. Mentionable is the bullfighting arena of Estepona, drafted on plans of Salvador Dali and has the adequate charisma. In Estepona you will find a multiplicity of restaurants, small typical tapas bars or even exclusive gastronomy. On Wednesdays and Sundays you can visit the market place in Estepona. You can stroll along the very tastefully decorated promenade with a lot of plants and trees up to the marina port of Estepona.

Our part of 4 adults and 2 teenage girls found the accommodation to be first class, well maintained, clean and with plenty of room for all of us to relax, each room and bedroom to be furnished to a very high standard ! The balcony was a favourite place for us all to spend our evenings as a family relaxing with a BBQ and enjoying the seaview. 5 out of 5.

The complex itself is private and quiet, the girls especially enjoyed the pools ! The beach is also private and never over crowded although the mass of jelly fish stopped us spending more time in the sea. The beach bar is a perfect place to escape the heat of the sun for a drink or a bite to eat.

Location 3 out of 5 as a car is essential for a family for shopping and exploring the coast although the nearest town of Sabinillas is only a few minutes away or a 30 minute stroll along the coastal paths where you can find a variety of bars and restaurants with enough cuisines to cater for any tastes, our favourite was El Estribo Steak house, the food is just superb !

Overall we would highly recommend families staying at PENTHOUSE LA PERLA DE MARAKECH 8, the accomodation as it is fantastic for getting away from it all !

Sommer Sonne Meer !

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung Marrakesch 8 im September 2014 mit insgesamt vier Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern bewohnt. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung und der Anlage entsprechen der Realität, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief schnell und problemlos.

Die Wohnung liegt in der zweiten Etage und verfügt über eine Tiefgarage mit einem Stellplatz pro Wohnung (genügend Parkraum ist auch direkt vor der Anlage verfügbar), einen Fahrstuhl und jeder Menge Platz auf zwei Ebenen. Wir haben uns zu keiner Zeit eingeengt gefühlt. Die sehr großzügige Terrasse bietet einen Essbereich und einen weiteren Sitzbereich. Die Küche ist modern und wir haben keine Utensilien vermisst. Die Wohnung haben wir in einem guten und sauberen Zustand vorgefunden, auch wenn nicht mehr alles das neuste ist. Bei Schwierigkeiten, kann man den Verwalter Alberto anrufen, der zwischen 09:00 und 15:00 Uhr erreichbar ist, oder sonst zurückruft.

Die Anlage befindet sich am Meer mit direktem Zugang zum Strand durch den Garten und ist liebevoll gestaltet. Viele tropische Pflanzen paaren sich mit orientalischen Flair und schaffen eine tolle Atmosphäre. Die Anlage war gepflegt und sauber. Es gibt in diesem Teil der La Perla de la Bahia zwei Pools. Der große Poolbereich verfügt zudem über einen flachen Kinderpool. Wir haben den Pool sehr oft genossen und der Pool an sich war auch wenig frequentiert. Die Sonnenliegen allerdings waren zu unserer Reisezeit am Hauptpool oftmals schon früh von Sonnenanbetern belegt. Am kleineren Pool gab es aber immer noch ein freies Plätzchen. Der Strand, der sich direkt an der Anlage befindet, ist sehr steinig und wir konnten nur mit Badeschuhen ins Wasser. Es gab aber auch härtere Badegäste, denen die Steine nichts ausgemacht haben. Vor dem Strand befindet sich eine kleine Promenade, mit Fitnessgeräten, die zu den beiden fußläufigen Strandlokalen führt. Die Lokale bieten ein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist ideal für Ausflüge nach Gibraltar, Ronda, Marbella, Tarifa und natürlich der schönen nächstgrößeren Stadt Estepona. In gut 2,5 Stunden schafft man es auch nach Sevilla und Granada. Supermärkte sind in beide Richtungen reichlich vorhanden und in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Innerhalb von zehn Fahrminuten erreicht man auch viele andere Strände, neben Kieselstränden finden sich auch einige reine Sandstrände.
Wir haben die Zeit in der Marrakesch 8 sehr genossen und können die Wohnung und die Anlage sehr empfehlen.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Diese Unterkunft hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, denn die Beschreibung für dieses wunderschöne Domizil entspricht vollkommen der Realität. Der traumhaft schöne Privatgarten, Meerblick, Strand usw. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Wir waren mit 6 Personen vorort (für jeden genügend Platz in diesem tollen Appartment ) Dieser Ausblick aufs Meer von der Terrasse und den Balkonen, einfach einmalig. Wir sind super betreut worden. Alberto, der Verwalter hat uns bei der Ankunft in Empfang genommen und war jederzeit für Fragen telefonisch erreichbar, ebenso die vielen tollen Informationen über Anfahrtskizze, Freizeitaktivitäten, Restaurants, Umgebung und vieles mehr . Wir bedanken nochmals bei allen für die geleistete Arbeit, die uns unseren Auftenthalt sehr angehm und äußerst erholsam gemacht haben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Traumwohnung!

Diese wirklich schöne und stilvolle Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen!
Ideal, wenn man mit Freunden oder Familie verreist, da jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad besitzt.
Die gesamte Anlage ist äußerst gepflegt. Jeden Tag sind Gärtner vor Ort.
Die Pool-Anlage ist auch für Kinder großartig, da der Schwimmerpool auf beiden Seiten eine breite Einstiegstreppe statt einer Alu-Leiter besitzt.
Unsere Tochter hat sich so in den Erwachsenen-Pool getraut und im Urlaub schwimmen gelernt.
Wir hatten einen traumhaften und entspannten Urlaub.

perfekter Pfingsturlaub

wir haben in der Wohnung einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Bei so viel Platz konnte jeder sein "eigenes Reich" geniessen. Jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad, das hat auch den Urlaub mit unseren beiden Töchtern im Teenageralter stressfrei gestaltet.
Wohnung, Anlage und Strand sind wie schon mehrfach beschrieben einfach nur herrlich. Zu Pfingsten waren nur wenige der anderen Wohnungen in der Anlage belegt und am Strand nur vereinzelt Menschen. Angenehm ist auch der Autostellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Man kann immer in ein kühles Auto einsteigen.
Die beiden Strandrestaurants am Anfang und der Mitte der Anlage sind auch gut und preislich völlig in Ordnung. Sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung mit perfekter und freundlicher Betreuung durch den Vermieter.

All modern comforts are provided in our apartment which has been furnished and equipped to an exceptional standard, reflecting the different Spanish and Moorish styles of the region. The apartment has air conditioning systems for heating and cooling, under floor heating in all bathrooms and a separate covered balcony terrace facing out to the near pool and sea. The property has 2 floors with the master bedroom on top with the roof terrace. In each apartment you will further find washing machine and tumble dryer. La Perla de la Bahia is divided into two separate communities. The apartments facing Playa Galera have the opportunity to use 2 swimming pools in total. Beside of each of the pools are several sun beds. The nearest beach bar offering a wide range of beverages and food is in walking distance.
