This stone villa is located on the brink of the small village of Gerani, approx. 1 km air-line distance from the sea and close to Rethymnon. The house of 100 sq.m is located on a property of about 4500 sq.m.

The villa is suitable for 6 persons. The villa is equipped with all modern comforts. The garden is equipped with garden furniture, parasols, loungers and a brick barbecue. There is a parking space available. The Villa Helena combines traditional architecture and modern, comfortably equipment.

On the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining area, living room, a bathroom and a bedroom. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom (one bedroom with a rooftop terrace). All rooms enjoy sea views. The pool is surrounded by a large sundeck.

Each bedroom has a TV. Cleaning of the villa with changing of the towels and bed linen once a week, twice, if requested. German-speaking assistance on site!

We are happy to help you with the car rental.

Massage and Reiki: Our friend Jan, masseur and Reiki master, offers relaxing massages to an affordable rate.

Rental car: We gladly help you booking a rental car. The vehicle will be handed over to you at the airport and can also be handed off there. As a service we gladly take care of the whole processing with the car hire.

The villa is located only a few hundred metres outside and above the village of Gerani. You enjoy a sensational panoramic view of the sea and the village. Ocean front: Even though there is no private beach, even during high season you find 'private spots' at the miles-long beaches. The beaches of Giorgiopouli are about 12 km long. Some small parts are farmed. Large parts are sandy beaches; few are pebble and stone beaches...

In Derani there are several supermarkets, taverns, Kafenion (traditional coffee shop), a bakery, butcher... About 500 m away there is the sea...

Rethymnon with its old town is about 7 km away, which is probably the prettiest city in Crete. Visit the numerous points of interest in the immediate surroundings.
