The rental object is a modern, lone-standing villa, a sunny and peaceful location above the Ponte Tresa. Mediterranean terrace garden (1400 m2) with fantastic sea view. Large pool (12 x 4.5m) with a bed, outdoor shower and changing room. A lot of options to sit, loungers and sun umbrella around the house invite you to relax and enjoy. Spacious 170 m2 living space plus 35 m2 covered terrace offer 2 floors of comfort for up to 8 people. The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms (all with lake views) on 2 floors, 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, ceramic field) patio, open living/dining room (about 50 m2), indoor and outdoor fireplace. 2 parking spaces on the property. The surrounding terrace offers a comfortable stay during all times of the day and during the evening you have a wonderful view of the illuminated Lugano and the Monte Bre. Linen and cleaning service (also daily) possible on request.

You will have 3 bedrooms (balcony or terrace) all with a sea view for a maximum of 8 people. Surroundings viewpoint terrace (35 m2). Stunning, large, Mediterranean garden with areas to sit and relax. Only 1.5 km to the Swiss border, historical old city of Lugano and LUino on the Lago Maggiore, the golf course of Magliaso (CH), airfield Lugano/Agno, highway connection to D and I each in 15 minutes! In Ponte Tresa (I / CH) all shopping facilities, every Saturday popular market. Mennagio at the Lake Comer 50 min. Milan/airfield 70 min.! During the winter, the ski regions of Andermatt and San Bernadino (CH) are 60 min away. Stunning hiking paths starting from the house.

City tours: Tours of Lugano (10 km), Luino, Locarno by Lago Maggiore (12 km and 43 km), Como ; Bellagio and Mennaggio at Comer See (41 km; 42 km and 58 km) Milan 81 km (60 minutes by car, mainly on the highway)

Boat tours / water skiing: In the wharf of Brusimpiano (4 km, 7 min.) you can rent or charter a motor boat, along with water skis on the entire Lake Lugano.

Ski: You will live exclusively and spaciously above Lake Lugano and can go on different day tours in the surrounding ski regions! 1) Ski region Andermatt (CH) about 100 km away and can be reached nearly completely over the Gotthard highway A2 in 1 hour 10 minutes. 2) Ski region San Bernadino (Graubünden - CH) about 75 km away over the A2/ and A13 in 1 hour More ski regions in Italy and Switzerland can be reached in 1.5 - 2 hours.
