The gallery with sitting area and chimney invites you to relax & read. A couple of stairs lead to the kitchen, the dining area and the living room. On this floor you can also find a WC. In front of the living room there are a large terrace and a spacious pool area.
Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms, which are equipped with fitted wardrobes, TV, etc. as well as 2 bathrooms with shower. Comfortable garden furniture & loungers can be found on the terrace & at the pool. The house will be cleaned once a week, if requested, even twice per week.
Rental car: We gladly help you booking a rental car. The car will be handed over to you at the airport (You do not have to queue up, somebody will be waiting for you!) and can also be handed off here. As a service we gladly take care of the whole processing with the car hire.

On a plot of approx. 2000 sqm, only about 10 km from Rethymnon, the villa was finished in 2009. Enjoy the fantastic and stunning view of the sea, the White Mountains and the hinterlands, as well as the Mount Ida (Crete's highest mountain). Spend the most beautiful time of the year in this tranquil position and enjoy the complete panoramic view!
The villa has a living space of about 160 sqm and is suitable for 6 persons (plus one toddler). It is tastefully furnished and guarantees highest living comfort.
On the ground floor you can find a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle.... The living room has a large TV with satellite reception (ASTRA approx. 50 German channels), hi-fi system with CD player, DVD player, a small library and DVDs. Internet access is available via an internet stick. Comfortably equipped to a high standard.
In the foyer you can find a gallery, which invites you to relax and read with its comfortable rattan furnishings and a chimney. Even from here you have a gorgeous sea view. The staircase leads to the open plan area where you can find the kitchen, the dining area and the living room. The furnishings are comfortable and tasteful and invite to unwind. On this floor you can also find a WC and a storage room.
In front of the living room there is a large terrace and a spacious pool area, which is equipped with quality seatings, loungers and a dining area. Your pool is heated! Let the Mediterranean garden invite you to dream.
The living room terrace and the lounge terrace have shady pergolas.
Of course, the villa has air conditioning in the living area and in each bedroom.
Downstairs there are three bedrooms, (2 with one double bed each and one with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom) which are equipped with fitted wardrobes, satellite TV, etc. Two bedrooms have direct access to an additional terrace with great sea view. Both daylight bathrooms have a shower, WC and vanity unit.
All rooms have window shutters or roller blinds and are equipped with fly screens. The underfloor heating offers further comfort (payment on site. The underfloor heating is additionally fueled via solar panels, which of course do not consume oil!) making the house an interesting choice for long-term stays during the colder months. Additionally the villa is equipped towels, shower towels, bathrobes, tea towels and bed linen. (We are happy to provide a cot and a high chair).
Nature lovers get their money's worth. Almost every day vultures and buzzards wheel only a few metres above the villa. We are happy to provide binoculars for you. A washing machine, rotary clothes dryer, ironing board and iron are also provided.
The house will be cleaned once a week, twice, if requested.
In the garden there is a 35 sqm swimming pool and an outdoor shower. A brick-built BBQ and an outdoor sink can be found in the terrace area.
You can reach the nearest beach in approx. 10 km. In the village of Kastellos (700 m) you can find two taverns. In the village of Armeni, approx. 2 km, there is also a supermarket, a baker, a butcher and taverns.
A car is recommended. Just park it underneath the covered carport, which is available for you. We are happy to help you with the booking, so that you can explore the wonderful surroundings.
