Giovanna country house is an independent house with a great garden all around. It has a surface of about 70 sq.m, and is constituted of: Kitchen & living, provided with main accessories (antiquarius furnishings and painting, electrical stoves and electric oven, microwave oven; etc.). One bathromms, one shower, and bath; Table with chairs; television set; a single room one/two double room; The heating is centralized with district heating, attached to the net of the town heat distribution. More than 700square meters of private garden with the most important varities of trees. country house close to Ferrara (18km).

Wir haben hier eine Woche mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern verbracht.
Das Haus ist praktisch eingerichtet, bietet aber alles was man braucht vor allem sind jede Menge Kleinigkeiten vorhanden, Mückenstecker, Ventilatoren, Autan usw. Dann der Willkommensgruss mit Wurst, Brot, Wein und Obst echt sehr nett. Obst vom Garten darf man nehmen. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und helfen wo sie nur können, wenn man etwas sucht und fragen immer ob alles passt (aber nicht aufdringlich).
Alles in allem ein sehr schöner und vor allem günstiger Urlaub.

Liebenswertes Häuschen im Grünen

Das kleine, etwas ältere Häuschen mit 2 Wohnungen liegt südlich von Ferrara in einer ländlichen Gegend. Ein Auto ist daher notwendig. Ferrara und Bologna sind zügig erreichbar. Der eingewachsene Garten mit vielen Bäumen vor der Terrasse der EG-Wohnung lädt zum Draussensitzen ein. Zwar hört man draussen hin und wieder ein Auto von der vorbeilaufenden Straße. Diese haben uns aber nicht wirklich gestört und wir waren ganz für uns allein. Der Empfang durch die beiden Vermieter war sehr herzlich mit Wein, Brot und Salami. Ihre Tipps zu Restaurants waren super. Auch haben sie speziell auf uns abgestimmtes Infomaterial zu Ferrari und Lamborghini besorgt. Übrigens ist die Führung durch das Lamborghini-Werk in Sant Agatha sehr zu empfehlen. Sogar meine Frau war begeistert.
