Very attractive excursions to Jerez de la Frontera, Seville, province-capital Cadiz. Next Airport: Jerez de la Frontera, 35 km away, (Airport Sevilla 125 km, Malaga 220 km). Well maintained area and environs.

The villa is situated in the Urbanisation San ANdres Golf, directly to the 'green' of hole 17/ going to 18. San Andres Golf is 6 km away from Chiclana e la Frontera, directly at the highway exit Nr, 15 (Conil North/Colorado) at the round-circulation of the road 340, with clear signs.
