You will live in a newly renovated 3-room apartment with tiles and laminate floors with a large terrace of 25 m2, (non-smoking, pets on request). You will have a view of Lake Constance to Kreuzlingen and Constance, and the old city with its castle. The spa, outdoor pool, marina and beach promenade are 7 minutes away, the historic old city 5 minutes and a lot of good restaurants as well. In a radius of 20 km you will find 4 golf courses. There are also a lot of nice hiking paths along the lake to Hagnau and through the Höhenweg back with a view of the mountains and the lake surrounded by vineyards. Or you can go cycling around the lake or in the backcountry. To the airport in Friedrichshafen it is 20 km, to the Singen Stuttgart highway, 30 km, Munich highway, Bregenz about 35 km. Constance can be reached by ferry in 20 minutes.
