New huge house with 1205 sqft pool area, 579 sqft lanai. Everyone finds his place in the shadow or in the sun with a nice view above the intersecting canals. The house is allergy-friendly, tiles on the first floor and parquet floor on the second floor. 4 en-suite bedrooms (each has a bathroom) and roomy walk-in-closets with space for everything. Besides the big bedrooms there is a spacy kitchen with granite breakfast bar, formal dining room, great room with view above the pool area and canals. You have also an office - just in case... You find in Cape Coral - als known under the name 'Venice of Florida' a lot of luxury vacation houses for your dream vacation. There are prestine beaches on closeby Captiva and Sunibel Island, Lovers' Key and the barriere islands, which can be reached by car and/or boat. Boaters and people who like watersports find their paradise. If you play golf you should know that there are plenty of first class courses of all levels in the area. Nature lovers have best chances to see dolphins, endangered manatees, gopher turtles, bold eagles, pelicans and different kinds of reare birds. If you like to shop you will be glad to know that there are several easy to reach outlet malls like Miromar and Tanger Outlet Mall . Should you arrive at the Southwest Internation Airport Fort Myers you do not even need a shuttle to get your rental car. This area is one of the most favored in Florida, USA. You get here from Miami Airport in about 2.5 hrs.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • The prices are based on 2 adults and 2 kids up to the ages of 12 (they stay for free). You have to add 11% taxes for the time being. Each additional guests will be charge with USD 110/week + 11% tax.
    Final cleaning: USD 175 for 2 persons, otherwise USD 200 to be paid to the property manager.
    Electric fee: USD 50 per week included, you pay according to the consumption all costs above - USD 0.12/kWh
    Please note the minimum rental time is 2 weeks on Easter and Christmas and the seasonal surcharge is 20%.
    Down payment is 30% of the net rental rate, security deposit USD 700.
    The price includes beddings, hand towels, shower towels and beach towels, internet access, local phone calls, using the grill, cleaning of the pool, garden care, WIFI. Payment in Euro possible according to our prices on the Germany website.

Notes:
The house offers a fully equipped kirchen with everything a luxury house you should expect. The 597 sqft lanai is huge with a big table and 8 chairs. There is a screen to avoid to have any insects in the pool area. You will find sufficcient loungers in the big pool area. Pool and whirlpool can diveded fromt he terrace with a baby-barrier-fence. This gives you a chance to relax while the toddlers are playing. There is a pool table on the 2nd floor. The house made the perfect setting for this year’s two week holiday in Florida. The house and everything within it is of the highest standard and absolutely perfect. The house itself is spacious with high quality furniture and equipped with all amenities required to make an ideal holiday. The large pool, hot tub and surrounding area made a perfect frame for relaxation for the entire family. The service from booking to departure was flawless. Absolutely one of the best houses we have ever rented in Florida. The house comes with my highest recommendations.
