You need about 10 minutes by car to the beach of Cape Coral, about 20 minutes by car to the tropical islands Sanibel and Captiva with snow-white beaches and unspoiled natural parks. Sunsplash Water Park at Lake Kennedy, Cape Coral's main attraction is about 10 minutes away from the house. Directly in front of the house we have a bicycle path, it makes enables very interesting bike rides through the city. A big 'mall' (shopping mall) located approximately 600m away and is accessible on foot or by bicycle. Because of very favorable location (Santa Barbara Blwd and Veterans Pkwy) it is an excellent location for numerous trips in Cape Coral and Florida.

Attention! NAVIGATION GARMIN - FOR FREE! GARMIN - 2011 version (due to lifetime free update always up to date), for example, the well-known car rental companies, you pay about USD 100.00 to USD 150.00 per week and the software (maps ) are very often not up to date. You get the navigation system on the arrival day in the house at our house manager.
We have built a new electrically heated swimming pool with Screen in our Vacation Home ARTA in the autumn of 2009.
The expensive investment has paid off. In fact, temperatures in January of this year in Florida were exceptionally cool; fortunately we have followed the advice of our experienced property managers and not installed solar heating for swimming pool. A solar heating system could not provide water temperature at a comfortable level for you in the cool weather.

GOLF COURSE.
Coral Oaks Golf Course is a beautiful 18-hole, par 72, Arthur Hills designed championship course that is owned and operated by the City of Cape Coral.
The course, which was built within a century old oak hammock, boasts large TifEagle greens, contoured fairways, and rich natural surroundings. The 8 lakes and 37 bunkers on the course add to its allure and make it entertaining and challenging for golfers of all skill levels.
In addition to the golf course, Coral Oaks has one of the largest practice facilities in the area, a well-stocked pro shop with all the latest golf gear, and a full service restaurant and bar overlooking the 18th green, Knicker's Pub, for golfers and visitors to enjoy.
For those who are new to the game of golf or would simply like to brush up on their skills, Coral Oaks has three PGA professionals on staff to teach golf schools, clinics, and private lessons.
