A gem in the heart of Versilia, just 15 km from from the renowed sandy beaches of Forte Dei Marmi und from the small city of art of Pietrasanta. The house was recently completely restored and with love and care furnished. It gives a stunning view over the Apuan Alps and over the marble quarries of the Monte Altissimo, where Michelangelo began quarrying the white marble statuario for his Moses & Pieta in the sixteenth century. Pure air, quietness, relax, walks in the intact nature Natur can be alternated with sunbaths at our 20 km long sandy beaches or with escursions to the most famous Tuscan cities (Florence – 100 km, Pisa 25 km, Lucca 20 km, Volterra & San Gimignano). Also the romantic near islands of the Ligurian Gulf of Poets, Le Cinque Terre & Portovenere can be easily visited. It has the benefit of a terrasse with bbq, a Garten and 2 fireplaces – one in the dining- and one in the livingroom. The fine fornitures give it an air of warm and refined elegance.
