Casa Buda is situated in the heart of El Pinar a rejuvenated Andalusian mining village close to the beautiful towns of Mojacar Garrucha and Bedar. The villa is spacious and relaxing with a fabulous swimming pool and the cane roofed sun patio provides an ideal spot to enjoy the coastal views while watching the children swim and is a stone's throw to the village Bar/Restaurant. There is heating for winter residents and cooling fans for summer visitors and as one of the original buildings in the village the villa is noted for being one of the most comfortable houses available to rent in El Pinar. There is a satellite TV/video, PS1, CD/radio large fridge freezer and washing machine and all linen is provided. You will arrive to made up beds and a welcome food pack in the fridge. There is a double, a twin bedroom and a further room with twin beds and bunk beds and so the house can accommodate 2 families.

El Pinar is about 35 minutes drive from Almeria airport and is conveniently located for exploring the lovely Mojacar region. It is close to the new golf course at Valle Del Este and a short drive to moorish Mojacar and the beaches where many activities are available.

Notes: There is a master bedroom with a super king size bed and ensuite shower/bathroom and the other shower room is separate. There is a further twin bedded room. The 3rd bedroom has twin beds and bunk beds and so could accommodate 4 children. The house can take two families with the children sharing the larger bedroom. However the house is enjoyed by all sorts of people from the elderly to the very young. There is fully functional integral heating in the main living room and all of the bedrooms. The swimming pool is at the front of the house and looks out over the Mojacar plain to the sea. The village is small and freindly with the local bar/restaurant open Tuesday - Sunday.

Going Out around Mojacar: The Mojacar area is blessed with a wide variety of restaurants and El Pinar has it's own bar and restaurant. There are private beaches for your own picnics as well as those offering all the usual water sports. The local markets are a must for those who wish to sniff out a bargain. There's a great water park, fantastic golf courses and Mini Hollywood to visit to see where Clint filmed his Spaghetti Westerns.

Almeria: Almeria is described as the forgotten province of Spain. We have been visiting for over 20 years and we are still spellbound by the experience and now have a third generation hooked on the magic of the area and our home in El Pinar.

Transport: It is essential that you hire a car for the duration of your stay - rates for a basic car start at around £100 per week. Tarleton Travel in Northampton can arrange flights and car hire for you and can be contacted on 01604 633633. Murcia airport is now easilly accessable via the new Toll motorway which is a very quiet run.

Golf: We have installed gas heating to make the house available for the winter golf market. There are 3 courses in the locality including the fantastic Desert Springs, Marina Del Torre and the new and highly acclaimed Valle Del Este.
