We invite you to spend your vacation at South Beach Apartment10. You'll get a fully equipped apartment in the heart of famous South Beach. Just 3 blocks to the Ocean. Blue water and the sand beach invites you for tanning and relaxing. The Apartment has a queen bed and a sofa bed which you can use for additional 2 people for sleeping. Cable TV, Ipod alarm radio, wifi internet are also available in the apartment. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas stove, coffee maker, toaster and a huge refrigerator. The Apartment has a separate dining area that seats four. The bathroom has a window and offers a shower/tub. You'll also find a huge walk in closet. OUr guests receive enough towels for use in the apartment and also beach towels.

Die Wohnung war einfach Klasse! Die Strandnähe optimal,einige wenige Schritte und man konnte sich bei herrlichstem Wetter in die Fluten Stürzen. Wir haben wie die Murmeltiere geschlafen,denn es war sehr ruhig und erholsam.
John und Denis haben sich sehr um uns gekümmert und auch gute Ratschläge in Bezug auf Unternehmungen gegeben.
Dafür nochmals lieben Dank an Euch Beide.Sollten wir(hoffentlich )
wieder einmal nach Miami kommen,wünschen wir uns, dass das Apartment Nr.10 für uns wieder frei ist!!!!!!!!!
Alles ,oder sagen wir mal das meisste in der Wohnung entsprach total unseren Vorstellungen. Liebevolle Gestaltung,einfach nur zum Wohlfühlen.IDie Küchenutensilien hätten vielleicht etwas grosszügiger ausfallen können.Doch was macht bei bei so herrlichem Wetter eigentlich in der Wohnung????Fazit,Miami war der absolute Traum!

Ich war Anfang Oktober für eine reichliche Woche in Miami Beach im Appartement 10 und halte das nach wie vor, für das Beste, was mir passieren konnte. Ich war alleinreisend und fühlte mich bereits nach 2 Tagen fast heimisch, was zum einem daran lag, dass man sich in einem Appartement eben nicht so sehr als Tourist fühlt, wie in einem Hotel, zum anderen lag es auch an dem sehr netten Empfang und der Freundlichkeit meines Vermieter John. Die Bilder und die Angaben im Internet entsprechen genau der Realität und das Appartement hat meine Erwartungen in Bezug auf die Lage (top), die Ausstattung und auch die Sauberkeit voll erfüllt. Ich kann das Appartement nur weiter empfehlen und werde selbst vermutlich bereits im kommenden Jahr erneut nach Miami reisen und dann selbstverständlich wieder im Appartement 10 wohnen. Danke für alles.

Wir
waren im August 2009 dort und ich kann diese Wohnung besten Gewissens
empfehlen, es gibt dort alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub
braucht. Die Lage ist der Kracher, man kann alles bequem zu Fuss
erreichen und ist in 5 Minuten am super tollen Strand, am Ocean Drive
und auch Geschäfte/Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz, was in Miami Beach sehr sehr viel
wert ist, die Parkplätze sind begrenzt und teuer. Handtücher, auch für den
Strand sind ausreichend vorhanden und auch die Küche hat alles was man braucht, eigentlich mehr als man braucht.
Der persönliche Kontakt zum deutschsprachigen Vermieter hat uns viele
Unsicherheiten genommen, wir wurden bestens beraten und mit allem
versorgt (Karten, Tips für Touren, Autovermietung).
Alle Menschen dort sind super hifsbereit und unglaublich freundlich, man bekommt
von allen Seiten Hilfe angeboten. Wie gesagt diese Wohnung ist 1000 %
wieder zu empfehlen!!!!
Ich würde jederzeit wieder hin fahren, auch preislich mehr als
angemessen, habe nichts vergleichbares für den Preis im Netz finden
können.

Schöner Urlaub in super Lage !!!!

Wir können dieses Apartment ohne Bedenken wieterempfehlen !!!
Die Lage ist super, man ist mitten in South Beach- in der Nähe zu allen Geschäften/Club´s/Restaurants. Der Strand ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Toll ist auch, dass es direkt am Haus eine kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit für das Auto gibt.
Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten: Gasherd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Kaffeemaschine und Toaster. Es gibt auch genügend Handtücher, sodass man zumindest diese nicht mitschleppen bräuchte.

Alles in Allem, sehr netter Kontakt und eine super Wohnung!!
