This is a newly renovated vacation home. The house is completely equipped. You have to bring nothing with, but your personal cloths. The house has a two car garage with a remote controled door and a heated oversized pool in the south. The outdoor area (screend pool and lanai) is about 1828 sqf. The living area is about 1420 sqf and the lot size is about 15.000 sqf. You can use two prepaid cellphones during your residence free of charge. As a matter of course we have a conventional telefon network and a high speed internet access with wireless LAN. Our full service property management will help in any way. You may also rent the Four Winns 235 Sundeck Funboat for a couple of days for an additional fee. You can take a trip on Cape Coral´s waterways with our canoe or use the four bicycles for fun. If you want to go fishing by boat, canoe or just form our boat dock in the garden, you can use our fishing equipment. But regard, you will need a fishing license.
