COMFORTABLE FIT AND WELL EQUIPPED!!! FOOT IN THE SAND!!

Facing the sea ..... foot in the sand .... Apartment GORGEOUS, FULLY REFURBISHED!! Spacious and cozy, airy, with a balcony to enjoy the sea and relax. NEW FURNITURE .... great location, a parking space. We have ceiling fans in living room and bedroom. In the living room, 21 inch TV, DVD player with USB input (we fit in some movies available for our visitors) SUPEREQUIPADA KITCHEN with stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster oven, blender, mixer plus all the equipment such as cups, plates pans, (including pressure) pans, cookware, cutlery and more! Still have 3 new beach chairs and umbrella for our visitors. From anywhere in the fit you have a privileged view of the beach and sees even the fishing platform. The fit is 2.5 km from the center, approx. Minimum TWO DAYS for lease.
Car: not necessary

The ap's is 20 meters from the sand. Tourist can enjoy cycling track, kiosks and the city center, 5 minutes away from the property. Infrastructure such as restaurant, bakery and pharmacy are just a few yards away.
