The house has: a dining room, living room, bedroom, open gallery with a stunning view of the entire valley, bathroom and kitchen and a covered terrace in front of the house that can be used year round and an uncovered roof terrace. The house has a tropical fruit garden with outdoor seats. You do not need a car, because the sea, mountains and shopping facilities can be reached on foot, but a car is still recommended for further excursions on the beautiful island.

Stylishly furnished, 100 m² holiday home for single occupancy: in the middle of palm trees and banana trees, a house peacefully located on a terrace in a typical Spanish Barrio with a lot of green (no direct neighbors), private smaller tropical fruit garden, two large terraces and different areas to sit outside. Balanced climate due to the closeness to the sea. The covered terrace is protected by the garden and is ideal for eating and unwinding throughout the year. Only an 8 minute walk to the sea with a sea water pool that can be used year-round and about 2 km to an idyllically located, uncrowded bay with black sand. The property has a wonderful wide valley panorama view and is still near the sea. Grocery stores and shops for daily needs, cafes, restaurants are 10 minutes away over an idyllic path. Particularly beautiful holiday domicile for 2 people or for parents with children.

  • Payment: 50% deposit upon booking in Germany; 50% on the second day of your stay to the caretaker on site; you can also pay the entire amount upon booking or 50% upon booking and 50% 10 days before your arrival.

Notes: Beautifully furnished in a cottage style: gallery/winter garden with a view of the valley; select holiday library: German entertainment literature, Spanish literature, hike guides, language guides; fast course in Spanish (cassette), private tropical fruit garden. The kitchen is equipped with a toaster, coffee machine, different pans, pots and utensils and kitchen towels provided and also ideal for the complicated preparation of food. Hand/bath towels are provided for your stay; please bring along your own beach towels. Terrace furniture and lounger available. The property can be reached from the street through a short staircase, but it is still peacefully located. It is not ideal for seniors with handicaps. The bathroom is in an extra bath house, 1 m from the main house, without views from outside.

Wir hatten im Oktober 2009 das große Vergnügen, in diesem liebe- und stilvoll eingerichteten Haus 10 äusserst gemütliche Tage zu verbringen. Für 3 Personen hervorragend geeignet. 2 Super Balkone, eine funktionale Küche, praktisches Badezimmer, eigener Garten, nette spanische Nachbarn, herrlicher Wintergarten, romatischer Blick in´s Tal von Hermigua und eine wohlsortierte Bibliothek ist auch da. Und die Verkehrsanbindung ist toll ! Zum Meerwasserbecken an der alten Bananenverladestation und dem Traumstrand von La Caleta (inkl. Super-Restaurant - dem "Macondo") ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Geschlafen haben wir in den tollen Betten wie die Murmeltiere !!!
