Spacious, inviting, comfortable are just some of the fitting attributes for this lovely GULF ACCESS home in SW Cape Coral. We have our own dock, so rent yourself a boat and go out fishing in the Gulf of Mexico. The house was built in 2002 and completely refurbished in 2009, with soft interior colors , an amazing tropical landscaping, and furnishings in Key-West-Style. It is suitable for 7 guests and there is a double garage at your disposal. The Villa includes 3 bedrooms (one is especially designed for the younger ones), 2 baths, a den with sleeper sofa, a beautiful kitchen and a huge pool area. The pool is electrically heated and can be enjoyed all year round. The kids will LOVE it! (Pool Alarm available). The south exposure of the patio offers you sunshine all day. For your personal comfort and entertaining you will use wireless high speed internet, a BOSE sound system and a 50' flatscreen TV (4 TVs in total). Treat yourself to a sunny vacation of comfort and style!!!

This grand southern villa is located in a good neighbourhood in southwest Cape Coral, it offers a high standard and has been completly renewed in January 2009. It also features a direct gulf access via a saltwater canal. A boat can be rented seperatly. In the near area you will find the picturesque art and fishing town Matlacha, which is directly located on the way to Pine Island. Sandy beaches are all in good reach from Cape Coral through Fort Myers to Sanibel and Captiva. Cape Coral offers plenty of shopping opportunities, a variety of good restaurants, golf driving ranges, tennis courts, familiy- and ecological parks. Thanks to it´s central location within florida, Cape Coral is the ideal base for exploring the whole sunshine state. The entire attractions of florida can be reached within a one day drive maximum.

The office room is located to the front side of the house and offers a sleeper sofa. This room is a wonderful place to read, to work or just for relaxing while viewing the colorful plants located at the main entrance.

Notes: One interior highlight is the dining room with it´s cathedral ceiling equipped with a huge fan and view to the lanai. The living room features a 50`` flatsreen TV and a BOSE Sound System incl. DVD and radio. The house offers a high standard in every detail and the warm, light yellow/wooden interior gives a relaxing atmosphere for you, your family and friends. A seperate laundry room includes a washing machine and a dryer (both frontloading), you also have an ironing opportunity. A remotly controlled front opener belongs to the double space garage. Inside the garage you will also find household tools and fishing gear. The hallways between the rooms are equipped with walking closet. These closets store double sets of different size towels for 7 guests. The own boat dock allows fishing, even sunbathing directly by the water full of jumping fish is a real experience on it´s own.

Wir waren in den Herbstferien 2009 in der Villa Bougainvillea und wir haben uns wunderbar erholt und sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Haus ist in einem erstklassigen Zustand, man findet ales vor was man für den Urlaub benötigt, und vor allem es funktioniert auch alles! Es liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage an einem der vielen Kanäle.

Wir können das Haus Familien mit Kindern sehr empfehlen. Es hat ausreichend Platz und ist vollständig eingerichtet.
Owner's Response: Durch die ständige Überwachung unseres Property Managements gehen wir sicher, dass sich sowohl die Einrichtung, als auch die Bausubstanz immer im einwandfreien Zustand befindet. Schließlich wollen wir als Besitzer des Hauses auch unseren eigenen Urlaub so angenehm wie möglich verbringen.

Super eingerichtet - entspannender Familienurlaub

Wir sind gerade aus den USA zurückgekehrt und immer noch total begeistert von Florida. Die Villa ist so wie vom Eigentümer beschrieben, sehr sauber, komplett neu eingerichtet mit sehr freundlichen amerikanischen Nachbarn (Residenten). Wir sind mit einem befreudeten Paar, mit einer gleichaltrigen Tochter wie unsere Tochter gemeinsam gereist. Die Kinder (7 und 9 Jahre) haben den ganzen Tag im Pool, der ebenfalls sehr sauber war, gespielt. Neben einem vorhandenen "Monstergrill" auf dem wir wunderbar Steaks grillten bietet die Küche und der gesamte Wohnbereich jeglichen erdenklichen Komfort. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit grossen Betten eingerichtet, und die beiden Mädchen haben sich in ihrem Kinderzimmer sehr wohl gefühlt. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen - keine Klagen - alles schön - viel Spass dort!!!

Urlaubsvilla - mit allem was man braucht

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus - direkt an einem Salzwasserkanal gelegen, mit eigenem Bootssteg und Zugang zum offenem Meer. Pool, Garten und Terrasse, inklusive der Terrassenmöbel sehr gepflegt. Die Inneneinrichtung ebenfalls sehr schön, vermutlich neu - romantisch im rustikalem Kolonialstil gehalten - sehr sauberes Haus, von dem Wohnraum und den Schlafräumen bis zur Küche ohne Mängel - liebevoll eingerichtet, mit schönen kleinen Details. Die Bäder und WC sauber, Porzellan und Handtücher (Bad, Pool, Strand) ausreichend vorhanden. Waschmaschine, Eismaschine alles tadellos. Das Haus ist wie vom Eigner beschrieben und lag voll in unseren Erwartungshaltung. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich im Umkreis von 10 min. Strand und einige Ausflügsziele erreicht man mit dem Auto in 30 min. Das Haus werden wir unseren Freunden die nach Florida reisen möchten gerne empfehlen.

Nach langer Suche sind wir auf diese Villa in Cape Coral gestossen. in ausgezeichnete Lage (ein Super-Golfplatz 2 min mit dem PKW entfernt - drei weitere Plätze im Umkreis von 10 km). In 10 min erreicht man drei verschiedene Shopping-Center/Outlets. Lebensmittel bekommt man in 10 PKW-Minuten entfernt im Wal-Markt oder im Hypermarkt. Die Villa ist Top ausgestattet, alles neu und im Kolonialstil gehalten (der Eigentümer hat sich viel Mühe gegeben und es erreicht eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre zu schaffen) - alles sehr sauber. - nicht ein Fleck zu finden (!) Als sehr schön empfanden wir (2 Erwachsene und 1 Tochter) den Begrüssungssekt und das bereits vorklimatisierte gekühlte Haus, welches nach 10 Stunden Flug und 30 Minuten Autofahrt den Urlaub "sofort beginnen liess". Die Aussenanlage der Villa ist TOP, deutscher Standard - ebenso wie der Pool, kein Schimmel, keine Risse oder sonstige böse Überraschungen. Die Villa bietet sehr bequeme grosse Poolliegen und eine grosse Essgruppe für 6 Personen am Pool, inklusive zwei grosse Deckenventilatoren, die immer für eine kühle Brise sorgten. Die Matratzen der Betten sind nagelneu, nicht durchgelegen, und separate Handtücher vorsortiert für das Bad, für den Pool und für den Strand sind ebenfalls ausreichend vorhanden. Die Ausstattung inklusive der Haustechnik der Villa ist in jedem Bereich aus unserer "verwöhnten Sicht" ausgezeichnet und könnte sich bequem in mit jedem 4-5 Sterne Hotel erfolgreich messen lassen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden diese Villa auch unseren Freunden empfehlen. Vielen Dank an den Eigentümer !
