The new App. 'La Terrazza' is a very pretty, comfortable and independent apartments with a large manicured park ca.10000 square with old trees and shady places. Within it lies the oval pool 5x10m, romantic pavilions, playground, green-volley, barbecues ecc. 2 mountain bikes are available. At Villa La Cantinetta feel especially families with children very well, because the entire property is fenced, so that even infants can develop to their hearts. The apartment 'La Terrazza' is located on the 1st floor and is approximately 80 square meters.You walk on the large terrace of white travertine to get into the large living room with kitchenette, from there access to the friendly bathroom with shower and bidet. From Living room goes into the children's room, the guest bathroom and the bedroom with double bed. From the terrace you have a wonderful panoramic view of the rolling green hills and the romantic garden.VillaCantinetta has a total of 4 independent apartments,pool and park are common.

The house 'Villa La Cantinetta' plunge into the typical landscape of the Maremma, with their rolling hills and evergreen Forest.For hiker or biker a real paradise. La Villa Cantinetta is below the small and picturesque Village Ravi, near the famos Etruscan town Vetulonia, about 18 km from Follonica and the beautiful beach of Castiglione della Pescaia and of course not forget the fantastic beach with pine forest in Punta Ala.. From there you can trek by boat e.g. to Elba or Giglio .The whole area is rich in Etruscan archaeological sites and hot springs, the most famous is Saturnia + Petriolo. Also to the beautiful Siena or Florence its only one hours ca. by car. Even a day trip to Rome is easy: in Grosseto on the train and 2 hours later, arrive without any stress in the heart of Rome .. For golfers: the very beautiful 18-hole golf course 'Toscana' Il Pelagone is only 10km away.

Notes: The Apartment 'La Terrazza' is the youngest child of the resort la Cantinetta ... it was completed in April 2009. The equipment is new and in its common country style ... very nice tile floors and bathroom tiles.

Property description stated a grill and washing machine, in the kitchen, neither was there, the couple whom greeted us said they did the washing, there was no kettle, the information sheet was in German, No lights through the garden ( until you actually reached the steps to the apartment) on a night time so not very safe as stone steps one of which was very uneven.. Not suitable for more than 2 adults as second bedroom beds only for very young children , would say no older than 10
