The endless private BEACH of Captiva is right in front of the doors of our elegant, very spacious property, which is perfect for both a family holiday and a stylish event. Villa and guest house have 6 bedrooms and are comfortable for 20 people. Here you can enjoy PURE NATURE - on our private beach or in the wildlife reserve areas with mangrove forests, alligators, sea turtles, DOLPHINS, pelicans and the diversity of the our tropical BIRDS. The picturesque center of the island is very close - and GOLF, tennis & shopping are also nearby. From our relaxed paradise Captiva you can reach the Everglades in only 1 hr, elegant Naples in 1 hr, Miami in 2.5 hrs or Orlando in 3.5 hrs. It is only 45 minutes to the RSW Fort Myers International Airport.

On Captiva and the neighbor island Sanibel you can enjoy pure nature. In the nearby nature preserve of Ding Darling tours are offered through mangrove forests. Another attraction are the golf courses and a wide selection of shopping malls nearby.

  • Bali Hi has six bathrooms - four in the main house and two in the guest house. It also has an outdoor shower on the porch. On the ground floor, we have a spacious office with a computer and a 24' screen - so that our guests can always stay connected without any problems... All bedrooms in Bali Hi are furnished with spacious, and especially comfortable quality beds. High-quality bedsheets and towels are provided. Radio alarm and hair dryer belong to the equipment and our guests will also get everything they need during their first days in the bathroom: soap, shampoo and skin and hair care products. Washing machine and dryer are also available in the villa. For your beach visit, we have enough beach towels and beach chairs and loungers. Four kayaks for tours on the Gulf of Mexico are also available. On Request, we can also organise cleaning and other household aids and all types of service - from massages to cooking or bar personnel.

  • Our guests can use the Bali Hi holiday villa and the guest house - according to how many people you want to accommodate. The guesthouse remains vacant if only the villa is rented. Multiple living rooms are equipped with comfortable sofa beds so that 20 people can live in Bali Hi. The villa is stylishly furnished and decorated - with original sculptures, paintings and our flower arrangements, which we arrange with the tropical flowers from our own garden. We created a unique, elegant and very relaxed atmosphere - just for you... The villa has two large terraces with a beautiful view over the beach, the magnificent gardens, the large pool and our private playground. You step out of the door - and you are right at the beach. In our garden you can hang out all day with a book in a hammock or you might want to gather your family and friends for a barbecue. Bali Hi's outdoors offer cozy sitting and dining spaces under palm trees.

Notes: We have thought of everything in Bali Hi that you could need for a holiday. Six televisions - two of which have 42' flat screens - provide for entertainment. High-quality dishes, porcelain and glasses are available in adequate amounts in the gourmet kitchen. A spacious, two-door fridge and freezer, a modern stove with a ceramic range and oven and countless electrical appliances belong to the equipment. And if something is missing, we will get it.... Our guests receive the required household goods for their first week of holiday: dishwasher middle, cleaning utensils, paper towels and trash bags. Washing machine and dryer are also available in the villa. On the terrace you will find a modern, spacious grill - always ready for a BBQ on a cosy evening on Captiva. And finally: if you do not want to cook during your holiday, you can try out one - or all - of the good restaurants in Captiva. .. have a good meal!
