Wonderful views: our holiday apartment has a very beautiful location on the northern end of the tropical island of Captiva - with a wide view of the bay where DOLPHINS play every day... Our perfectly equipped apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 sofa bed and is very COMFORTABLE and cosy for 6 people. The white, kilometre long private beach is just a few steps away and the historical island center with restaurants and galleries can be reached quickly as well. Multiple beautiful GOLF courses and TENNIS courts and shopping centers are nearby. You can enjoy PURE NATURE by us - on the lonely beach of Captiva or in our nature reserve areas with mangrove forests, alligators, sea turtles, pelicans and the entire tropical bird world. From the relaxed paradise of Captiva you can reach the Everglades in 1 hr, elegant Naples in 1 hr, Miami in 2.5 hrs or Orlando in 3.5 hrs. To the RSW Fort Myers airport it is 45 minutes.

The holiday apartment Marina Villas is located on the northern end of the island Captiva in a very well-kept holiday complex, directly on the Pine-Island-Bay. To the peaceful, private beach you can walk in 5 minutes. The boat docks are directly in front of the door. The historical center of the island can be reached by car or trolley bus in a few minutes and you can also visit on foot: with a walk to the beach or through the picturesque island village. You can enjoy pure nature on Captiva and the neighboring island Sanibel. The long beaches are protected and a paradise for mussel searchers and everyone who likes to observe birds, dolphins and the tropical animal. Sea turtles build their nests on the beach. In the nearby nature reserve Ding Darling tours are offered through the mangrove forests. Another attraction are the golf courses. Those who want to go shopping have a large selection of shopping malls for all tastes and wallets nearby.

High-quality bedsheets and towels are provided, beach towels and beach chairs are available. Radio alarm and hair dryer also belong to the equipment. Furthermore, the guests receive everything they need for the first few days in the bathroom: soap, shampoo and hair care are provided.
