The apartment in Sliema is in a quiet residential area. On the top floor (5 floors) the lift goes directly to the floor of the apartment. From the living room you have access to the front and the back terrace. The back terrace enjoys a fantastic view to Valletta and the sea the front terrace opens the view to the marina (foto) At night you can enjoy the romantic view. (foto) In Summer up to 5 fireworks you can enjoy over the island at night. The front terrace is big enough to relax and have a BBQ. well equipped with a massive XXL size umbrella and chairs, table and a BBQ The furniture is modern, the kitchen block and the beds are new besides a new bath. Besides you have PC and TV with flat screens and surrounds system and skype, DVD playe, aircondition. The kitchen and the mattress are new. The bedsofa is adjustable for a relaxed seating. Aircondition, washing machine.

Close to the center in a quiet side street is the building. The apartment is on the top floor. An elevator leads to the top floor, where I is only the penthouse. Two terraces on both sides of the penthouse, so you have the choice between shade and sun. A food market right outside the door, as well as public parking. Post office, pharmacy and doctors nearby. At sea in a few minutes and the promenade.

Because of the central but quiet location the penthouse has the best position for your daily start to discover the island. Start the morning with a walk down to the Sliema promenade enjoy your breakfast. Enjoy how locals, business people and tourist are gathering to enjoy the drink at the seaside before they go to work or at lunch time to have a break. Ferry, bus central station is close, hat you can take off to Valletta or to one of the sandy beaches. In the evening you can walk down to the promenade and choose one of the restaurants Sliema the only, the best place in Malta in summer and in wintertime where foreigner, Maltese and business people lives door to door. Nowhere else you find in Malta this mix. The supermarket and shoppingcentre is in walking distance.
