The new reconditioned studios are in a popular appartment house, with a romantic sea view, in first row at the sea and with direct entrance to a small beach of Arguineguin. The studios are new equipped and thus are a smooth self food supply ensured. The house ordered over an elevator and is videosupervised. The situation is unique because of the sea and central in the place. In front of the house there is a small sea promenade with various restaurants and a diving school. All comforts such as supermarkets, shopping centers, small boutiques, the port and also the weekly market is in direct walking distance. A bus stop is 2 min from the house. Arguineguin is in the south-west of the island and lies between Playa del Ingles (7 km) and Porto Rico (3km) in the beach-rich municipality of Mogan.

The studio is new and modern equipped inclusive a safe. A smooth self food supply is ensured! The house had an elevator and is videosupervised. The situation is perfect because of the sea and central in the place. In front of the house there is a small promenade with various restaurants and as well a diving school.

The locality lies in the beach-rich municipality Mogan between Playa del Ingles (7 km) and Porto Rico (3 km).

I would like to reassure everybody that the price/comfort ratio is the best You find in the Arguineguin.
The apartment is well located so You can see and hear the ocean from Your room.
The apartment has everything necessary to stay and enjoy Your holiday.
The bus stop is nearby and the connection with the east and west part of the island is very good.
The owner was very helpful and offers the transfer to the airport in case You need it.
Definitely stay there next time.
