The chalet is a beautiful, detached house w/a garden & view above the Rhonetal to the Matterhorn. It is located above 1200 m in the small city of Blignoud (region Ayent) & is surrounded by an easy-going neighbourhood with gardens & meadows.
The Kanton Wallis is located in western Switzerland. The region around Sion offers original side valley, cultural, historically interesting cities & modern ski resorts with a lot of diversity.
During the winter, the large ski region of Crans Montana is only a few kilometers away. The slope region stretches to Pleine Morte (2930 m) where skiers can have fun even during the summer. Even closer (10 minutes) is the ski region of Anzére. More ski regions nearby: Saas-Fee, Les 4 Vallées and Zermatt.
During the summer, a widely connected & well marked network of hiking paths connects the wonderful nature of the region: a lot of small lakes & forested mountain slopes with views above the Rhone Valley, the chain of the Walis high alps to Montblanc.

The course 'JackNicklaus' with9 holes also offers all golfers unforgettable challenges in stunning nature. For beginners (without handicap) the courses 'Super-Crans' and 'Noas' area available.
Ski: During the winter, the ski region Montana Crans-sur-Sierre is only a few kilometers away. Mountain cars and slope regions stretch to Pleine Morte (2780-2930) where skiers can have fun even during the summer.
