The holiday apartment of about 45 qm is situated in the historical center of Castelnuovo Magra. The Apartment has its own entrance from the street, two rooms and a bathroom. It contains a living room with a convertible sofa and a bigger room with a medieval round arch and a kitchenette. You will feel completely at home! The apartment is perfect for couples, families or 4 friends. It has 4 sleeps and by request we can also provide an additional baby bed. Castelnuovo Magra is located in a central position in between Liguria and Tuscany and about 6 km from the Mediterranean Sea. Its surroundings offers you at the same time the richness of mediterranean olive groves, the sea and mountains. (the Apuan Alpes) Castelnuovo Magra is very close to the gorgeous Cinque Terre (protected by the UNESCO) and you can reach easily the beaches on the Versilia cost and its charming towns Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio. We are also very close to the tuscan towns of Pisa, Lucca and Carrara.

Ein Dankeschön bei unseren Vermietern für eine unvergessliche Ferienwoche im Juli 2009.
Die Ferienwohnung ist ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Auch bei den hohen Temperaturen im Juli war es in den Räumen sehr angenehm, so dass auch ein Schlafen in der Nacht kein
Problem darstellte.
Da wir leidenschaftliche Badefans sind, konnten wir schöne Stunden an den nahen toskanischen Stränden verbringen. Auch die wunderschöne Umgebung haben wir kennen gelernt. Städte wie Pisa, Genua oder Luca
sollte man gesehen haben. Auch eine Schiffsfahrt zwischen den 5 berühmten Bergdörfern (Cinque Terre) werden wir in guter Erinnerung behalten.
Danke auch für die vielen Tipps unserer deutschen Vermieter. Dieses Feriendomizil können wir mit einem guten Gewissen weiter empfehlen

Bezauberndes Dorf, angenehme Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem bezaubernden Ort und in der Nähe vieler netter Städte (La Spezia, Sestri Levante, Cinque Terre, auch Genua in zwei Stundenper Auto zu erreichen). Wir haben daher eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht! Die Wohnung selbst ist angenehm kühl, trotz hoher italienischer Temperaturen, da sie im Erdgeschoss liegt und kaum Lichteinfall hat. Da beide Räume miteinander verbunden sind, ist die Wohnung gut für ein Paar (evtl. auch mit Kind) geeignet. Für vier Erwachsene würden wir die Wohnung nicht empfehlen. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte etwas umfangreicher sein (Flaschenöffner, Korkenzieher, Dosenöffner fehlten, evtl. ein Besen/Wischmopp wäre nett), aber das kommt sicher noch. Besonders weiterempfehlen können wir einen Tipp unserer Vermieter: Ein Restaurant in Vallecchia, dass einfach Restaurant Vallecchia heißt (Name ist nicht angeschrieben), direkt wenn man ins Dorf fährt links. Perfekte Pasta!
Wir können also sowohl die Wohnung als auch die Lage alles in allem sehr empfehlen! Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.
