Seefeld in Tirol - holiday apartment with modern, sophisticated furnishing, completely renovated in 2009 for 2 to 4 people with 15 m² south-facing terrace and impressive alpine panorama in a peaceful location. Only 5 min. to the city center, 5 min. to the golf course, (3 golf courses are available). Near mountain lifts, cross country trails, hiking paths, lakes, pools or mountain biking paths. 20 min. to Innsbruck or only 25 min. drive to Garmisch Partenkirchen, Brenner 1 hr. away, to the train station it is 5 min. Kitchen w/microwave, dishwasher, ceramic range, bedroom with king size bed (2.20 m), living room with additional sofa bed for 2 people, spacious leather dining corner with 1.80 m dining table. On the lower floor you will find a private washing machine and dryer and a ski room. Price for 2 people € 75 per day, peak season (19.12 to 6.01) € 150 per day, January and February € 85 per day, fee for more people € 10 per day, 1 dog allowed, € 5 per day.

Es war eine erfolgreiche Erfahrung fuer uns! Alles war sauber und gepflegt und es hat uns sehr gefallen, dass wir morgens die Alpen vom Bett durch die groesse Fenster sehen koennen. Seefeld hat uns auch gefallen, wir haben viel gewandert aber auch die deutsche Schloesser Neuschwanstein und Herrenchiemsee besucht. Fazit: absolut sehenswert!

Die Wohnung ist in gehobenem Stil eingerichtet, sehr geschmackvoll und gut ausgestattet, ausgesprochen gepflegt. Alle Angaben entsprachen den zuvor gemachten Angaben. Vermieterin und Verwalterin vor Ort waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Sommer sehr gute Freizeitmöglichkeiten: Wandern mit unterschiedlichen Anforderungen, Schwimmen im Hallenbad oder See, gesonderte Angebote für Kinder, z. B. Abenteuerpädagogik.
Seefeld wirkt vom Tourismus der Luxus-Hotels geprägt und ist (für Familien) nicht ganz billig. Wenig Jugendliche.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen, besonderes für ein Paar oder Familien mit einem, maximal zwei Kindern. Die Schlafcouch für die dritte und vierte Person befindet sich in dem Raum, der auch als Wohn- und Eßzimmer dient.
