Our luxury one storey, 4 bedroom air conditioned villa has master King & Queen bedrooms (both with en-suites) and 2 twin rooms sharing a bathroom. The south facing heated pool over looks a conservation area - which means you aren't overlooked. The pool area has a shaded eating area with a fan to keep you cool and plenty of outside seats and loungers. The separate hot tub gives you control over the temperature. Our villa has a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area, utility room (including washing machine and tumble dryer), 2 living areas with cable TVs & DVD. All linen and towels supplied. Located close enough to Disney to allow you to come back to the villa for lunch and a swim before returning for the afternoon. The shops, bars and restaurants on highway 192 are within easy walking distance. Perfect for a wonderful and relaxing holiday for all to enjoy.

Rolling Hills really is the perfect location. Just minutes from Disney this is a quiet community yet only one mile from the shops, restaurants and banks on the 192. Also within easy distance are a number of fine golf courses and the famous factory outlets for all your holiday bargains. As well as being only minutes from Disney both Universal & Sea World are all within a 20 minute drive and 90 minutes drive to the West you will find the beautiful beaches at the Gulf of Mexico. A truly lovely destination for your holiday as it is the perfect place both to have fun at the biggest playgrounds in the world or to relax in the all year round Florida sunshine.

It was a amazing place to stay. It was clean, and had everything that we needed. The pool was lovley and the hot tub was great. The children really enjoyed it, they couldn't wait to get into the pool each day after a nice day at the local parks. The restaurants and take-aways that were local were brilliant. It really is 5 minutes from Disney.

May I take this opportunity to thank you for the use of your home. It was wonderful. Pristine in condition with every conceivable household item at our disposal, a welcoming pool in which to relax after a hard day at the parks and an even better hot tub in which to luxuriate. The location of your home is central for everything. This was my fourth time in the Kissimmee area. I've been impressed by the villas I've rented in the past, but should there be a fifth visit (I hope one day soon) I would be grateful to revisit your property again.

Excellent, Location ,Clean, Comfortable, Spacious,

This is a very large, spacious house suitable for any group of people, families, adults etc. It is in a prime location for all the Disney Parks, shops & resturants but quiet enough for thoses who wish to relax by the pool. It has everything you would expect and the pool and the hot tub are great after a long day at the parks. There is a BBQ for use kept in the garage which we made good use of.

You definately need a car if you are staying in this area, but that is usual for most holidays in America. They have so much room everything is very spaced out! If you are not interested in the parks this house would still be an excellent base for seeing other parts of Florida with places like Daytona Beach being just over an hours drive away.

Fantastic villa, spacious, clean & great location

The title says it all really... the villa is very spacious (we walked in and kept stumbling upon extra bedrooms/space!), everything is clean and tidy, the pool is a good size and very private, air-con is great, welcome letter/instructions for everything are very comprehensive and all the appliances/facilities that you could ever need are available (phone, internet, laundry, cooking, cleaning, linen etc.) although we couldn't find a BBQ - check with owner as I expect there's one somewhere! Disney etc. is just a 5-10 minute drive away, and local shops and restaurants are a couple of minutes away. Great links to many highways/freeways, so if you're travelling a little further afield, it's a great base. A car is necessary to get around, but this is no different to the majority of places in this area.

If you want hassle free, friendly and very high quality accommodation suitable for couples, families, groups (everyone in fact!), then this is for you - I wouldn't bother looking anywhere else.

Very Comfortable Holiday Home

This villa was exactly as described in the description. It was very comfortable, clean and in a really central location.
The pool really was heated, hot tub is excellent especially after a long day at the parks.
Would recommend this property to anyone.
Very close to good restaurants and shopping.
